this beautiful property offers full walkout basement suite on the owners property. The Flexible space offers two private entrances,
3 large bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms (one en-suite to the master bedroom) accommodating a maximum of 6 adults and 2 children, with a beautiful living and dining areas, plus a full kitchen . The two entrances open onto the patio and lawn areas which leads to an amazing viewpoint of the mountains fire pit and seating area.
The master bedroom and en-suite offers a lock option which offers accommodation for 2 adults and 2 children.

We also have the beautiful kicking horse river that offers amazing white water rafting as well as kayaking, we also have an abundance of wildlife for viewing, as well as endless ATV#ROCKY MOUNTAIN RIDERS and hiking trails throughout the mountains.
When you are done playing outdoors golden offers multiple indoor options for
food & beverages at one of the many locally owned restaurants and bars.
We are more then happy to assist with any recommendations you may need.
