Amazing views from this top floor unit. This 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom unit comfortably sleeps 5 people. Both bedrooms feature queen size beds, there is a pull out couch that will sleep 2 children or 1 adult comfortably. Our unit features heated flooring in bathroom and kitchen, granite counters in kitchen and bath. Eat in bar at kitchen, insuite laundry, underground parking. You have a PRIVATE hot tub located on your 400 sq ft deck that has the BEST VIEWS in this complex. For your complete rental pleasure we also have BBQ, 40' TV, internet. Golden offers year round excitement for outdoor enthusiasts. Winter has arguably some of the best skiing in North America, Kicking Horse is FAMOUS for all the terrain and lack of crowds. Did I mention the SNOW? So much snow it's unbelievable. Summertime allows you to experience Golden and Kicking Horse in many ways. You have incredible golfing at Golden golf course, the mighty Kicking Horse river offers countless white water rafting experiences, you can jump off Mount 7 at approx 7000ft for some AMAZING tandem paragliding. For the speed demon in you there is downhill mountain biking at Kicking Horse as well. Great place to stay

It’s a great townhouse to stay. There is a 5 min walk up a hill to get to the run down to the gondola and you can ski back to the townhouse. We just left our skis in the garage. The spa on the balcony has a fabulous view of the mountains. If I were to be picky, we booked for 5 people but had bath and spa towels for 4, but was no biggie Cory was nice enough to let us stay later on our checkout, so we got to ski the morning which had the best snow during our stay. Highly recommend.

Prime view apartment & deck!!

Fantastic location!! Were able to ski in/ski out with just a short “warm up” walk behind the apartment. Fantastic deck with private spa providing superb views down and across the valley and mountains beyond, as well as up to the ski slopes. Private, quiet with plenty of space for the 3 of us. We loved our stay and if we are able to return in the future would seek to book this apartment again!

Best views in Golden on the Selkirks. Place is clean, well equipped, kitchen has the basic stuff, and internet is fast.Cory is a super hots, we would love to stay there again.

Amazing stay at the kicking horse resort

5 star review… we stayed for 2 nights 3 days and had an absolute blast skiing and touring kicking horse. I would highly recommend for anyone else, property was well maintained and spacious!

Great stay at Kickinghorse!

This was our second year staying at this unit and we thoroughly enjoyed it. The kitchen is well maintained with all the essentials for cooking at home and the rest of the unit is clean and comfortable. A great place for a post-Christmas break!

Amazing location & well equipped condo!

Our weekend at Kicking Horse to ski was made even better by the unreal location of the condo. Ski right to the door from the runs! Top floor was very private with no suites above you on the mountain. Kitchen was very well stocked for cooking in the condo and the beds were very comfortable. The hot tub and barbecue on the deck were a great way to finish the day on the hill! Cory was a great host, and the condo was very clean for our arrival. Would 100% book here again!

Perfect Weekend

An easy ski-out to the hill made for a great place for a few days of boarding/skiing! The unit was clean & quiet, and the hot tub was perfect for post apres soaks!

Great summer getaway

Beautiful location with a stunning view. I didn't realize how amazing this specific property would be in terms of being on the top floor, having a panoramic view of all of Golden and being close to Kicking Horse for summer activities. Great spot!

Loved our stay! Amazing views from hot tub and inside, as it is located at the top of all the housing at the ski hill. Well furnished and had everthing to make our stay comfortable. Very new condo. Highly recommend!

Secluded Mountains Majesty

We really enjoyed our stay. It was the best place we had on our trip to the Canadian Rockies. The place was comfortable and clean. We wish we could have had more time to enjoy. We will definitely recommend this place to friends and family.

Summer time views

Great place to stay! Right across from the paraglide launch on Mount 7. As a paragliding/mountain biking family this was the perfect location. We could watch the launches from the hot tub and the modified bike trails at kicking horse were great for the kids. The host was more than accommodating. Even on a long weekend when everyone is relaxing, our vacation was the top priority for this host. Will be back!!!

A Beautiful Mountainside Stay

We loved our stay at The Aspens! Stunning view and close to the resort so can access the mountain and all it has to offer easily. The place worked really well for our family of four. Clean and also well appointed kitchen. There is a General store at the resort for any small items or if you run out of milk. The owner was really easy to get a hold of - and we were allowed an early check in which was very much appreciated. We spent most of our time on the deck taking in the scenery - just spectacular!

We had an amazing time! You can litteraly ski direct to the door of the condo, leave your skis in the heated garage. It is just a short 1 minute walk uphill to get back to the trail and then down to the gondola. Condo was super clean upon arrival. The hot tub was clean but it is old. I would appreciate a new one but this is the only thing I would say about the whole trip. Best value in KH to my opinion. Communication with the owner was A+. He replied to our questions within minutes.

Wonderful ski in and out with an awesome hot tub

Well appointed, modern, lots of items in the pantry. Comfortable beds and a hot tub with amazing views. Ski and and out despite it being early season conditions. Would love to come back.

Why they chose this property

We bought this property as I have been coming to Golden for more than 10 years for the world class white water rafting. I love what Golden offers in terms of rafting, SKIING is INCREDIBLE and now I've added the paragliding from Mount 7 to ths list. The golf course is amazing too!

What makes this property unique

We decided to buy in The Aspens after meeting the developer and seeing his hands on approach, as well as the privacy and unique design of these buildings. The views from our TOP FLOOR unit are BREATHTAKING. We have unobstructed views of both Kicking Horse Mountain and the valley.
