This is a really great house!! It was comfortable for a group with plenty of space and bathrooms. The beds were really comfortable and the kitchen was great and well stocked. The location is perfect- an easy walk to the restaurants/bars in Carlton and there lots of wineries a short drive away. I would definitely stay here again!

We had a fabulous time and the home was spectacular. It is close to many wineries and restaurants. We really enjoyed walking around Carlton and had wonderful coffee and meals on Main Street. The home was very well stocked and we just loved the decor and comfortable bedding. The outdoor seating was especially enjoyable. We would love to come back soon.

We loved staying at this farmhouse in Carlton. Lovely mix of old house and newer upgrades. I slept in the upstairs master and was so comfortable in the bed. I even took a bath in the deep tub. We walked down to Lucky Duck for amazing coffee and pastries and loved the quaint little town. Would return and stay here again.

Clean, great linens, mattresses, pillows, water pressure. Excellent remodel, decorating and styling. We were able to walk to restaurants for dinner and coffee while in town for a wedding. Great communication from the host.

Overall the property and its location were great! We did have one small maintenance issue that never got resolved and we were told it was working when it was not - she even said her handyman verified it - it wasn't working and it wasn't until checkout that she agreed it was not...

Loved the place!!! From booking the Farm House to leaving for the airport it was a smooth and wonderful experience. Sarah was quick to communicate with and the space was as described. Everything was clean, the beds were very comfortable and the bathrooms and kitchen were well stocked. Carlton was the perfect town to stay in. We’d stay at the Farm House again…highly recommend!

This was a great house with plenty of room to spread out. It had one of the best stocked kitchens of any house I have stayed in. The location is a quick walk into the main street in Carlton but far enough away from traffic so it’s quiet. Highly recommend this for a getaway weekend.

The farmhouse was perfect for our stay, great neighborhood, easily walkable to downtown. Location made for short drives to the wineries we had scheduled tastings at .Sarah is fantastic, she was so accommodating with helping me correcting a booking error I had done.We'd book this property again !

We had a fantastic time and the house is truly amazing. We were in the Willamette Valley visiting wineries. We needed a comfortable, clean central location as our base. This house over delivered and was more than we could have hoped for. I had several questions during our stay and they were answered immediately. My only regret was not spending more time at the house, or making a wonderful meal in that amazing kitchen. We'll have to stay there again to enjoy the surroundings and relax in the home a little more. Thank you for making our stay a memorable experience.

This was a lovely property and we totally enjoyed our stay. The home was well stocked, especially the kitchen. Beds were comfortable and there were lots of little touches that made it feel homey. They did a great job of keeping the original farm house feel with updated features, especially in the kitchen and bathroom. The layout was perfect for our multi-generational family and I think it would also be great for couples traveling together or for a girl's weekend. The host was responsive and the check in and out was simple. Overall, this is one of my favorite VRBO stays and I hope to have the chance to return one day.

This house is nestled in a neighborhood. It is quite walkable to businesses within Carlton and very conveniently located for vineyard visits and a day trip to McMinnville. The property is clean, furnished effectively, and includes all of the essentials for a seamless visit to the area. The host was kind and easy to communicate with. The backyard is private, albeit very closely situated to the neighboring homes. I would recommend this for a couples trip, friend gathering, or a weekend of R&R.
