We retired a few years ago and after an exhaustive search through out Florida we found this home. We spend of lot of time sailing on our boat, so we now rent our condo when we will be gone for long periods of time.

Why they chose this property

We invite you to enjoy our home. We picked it because we wanted a place that made winters more enjoyable, but we wanted a bit more peace and less traffic than we found in many communities. We immediately fell in love with both the design and spaciousness of the condo and its locations. We love nature and nothing beats the views from our patio. The community has so much to offer within walking distance and it's such a short drive to everything you could possibly want.

What makes this property unique

It's rare to find such a spacious and bright condo and one with no steps all. Being an end unit gives in so much more light.
