Welcome to our newly built, stylish retreat in South Venice!
Nestled in a quiet, laid-back neighborhood, our home is perfect for family trips. Conveniently located in the heart of South Venice, it’s just a short drive to the area’s most beautiful beaches, parks, nature preserves, and scenic trails — as well as excellent dining and shopping experiences.

Property Highlights:
• Built in 2024, this modern open-concept house features 3 bedrooms and an office with a sofa bed.
• The main bedroom includes a king-size bed, built-in closet, Smart TV, and private full bathroom.
• Two additional bedrooms offer queen-size beds, built-in closets, and a shared full bathroom.
• Bedrooms are separated by the living room for added privacy.
• Modern open kitchen equipped with brand-new appliances.
• Spacious living room with an 82” Smart TV.
• Screened lanai with outdoor seating.
• Heated saltwater pool with comfortable patio furniture (heating available upon request).
• Full use of the laundry room with washer, dryer, and all appliances included.

Guest Access:

Guests have access to the entire house, with the exception of a locked owner’s cabinet in the garage.

Important Information:
• Due to excessive humidity and the property’s location in a hurricane zone, all windows and bedroom lanai doors are permanently locked and cannot be opened under any circumstances. No exceptions.
• The property is equipped with video surveillance for your safety:
• Video doorbell monitoring the front entrance.
• Two exterior cameras monitoring the pool/water equipment on both sides of the house (24/7).
• One camera above the garage door monitoring the driveway and front yard.
• No cameras inside the house for your privacy.

House Rules: The only guests permitted to stay overnight are those included in the initial booking requests. Any other guests must leave the premises before 10 pm. Pet friendly.
• Please do not rearrange furniture.
• Patio furniture must remain outside.
• Indoor furniture should not be moved outdoors.

No glass or breakable tableware are aloud on the lanai and pool area. No grill or any open fire . Any damages must be paid by you before departure.

Beautiful house, with plenty of room!

We had a great experience from start to finish! A beautiful, spotless house, with easy access to parks and beaches. Comfortable and quiet, with lots of nice details. Lovely pool, and plenty of room for people to spread out. Plus, excellent communication with host. Thanks!

We had a great week in February! The property is amazing and communication with Anatoly was seamless. The check-in and check-out process was super easy. It was a short drive to Venice Beach, restaurants, grocery stores, shops and other locations. It is a beautiful home with an amazing pool. Highly recommend!

Venice Getaway

The house and property was very nice. Weather was awesome. The only faults would be that there was no grill. could also use more cooking pans and skillets. The marble floors in the showers were very slick, even with the suction mats provided. You had to be careful how you positioned yourself in the master bath shower with the 3 small suction mats, as they would slide under your feet.
