2 bedroom 1 bath pet friendly home with boat parking fenced yard 1/2 mile to Lake Shelbyville. Has all new appliances and furniture. Nice front porch and large deck in backyard with grill and fire pit!!! Completely remodeled inside and out. Open lot can be used for volleyball court, boat parking or just extra place to let the kids play. Renovation and all new furnishings will be complete by MAY 15TH. Just into for fun on the lake.
