This Luxury spacious 4br/3bth was built in early 1900s it is fully renovated with all up to date features. Nice!

Historic home in a historic part of town that has been renovated and brought up to date! Large yard and sprawling large home that had more than enough room for the 10 adults that stayed during our trip. Property was literally 6 mi from downtown Jacksonville. Great communication with Jan. Would book at this property again.

Nice house

Nice house with updates. Lots of space and beds. Downtown Jacksonville and the surrounding areas could use some improvement.

Coordination with owner difficult

VRBO assured me I would have entry information 3 days before stay. I was hosting my family for a wedding and wanted to be sure we all (12) had a place to stay. Got entry information at 3:30 on day of entry at 4 O'clock. I was frantic by then. Called owner for more towels- we wanted one for each person. Coordination with owner was difficult. Beautiful home, well kept. Locks tricky.

Quick Weekend Trip

We stayed here as a large party of 16 for a dance competition. We loved the house! Fit all of us comfortably. Thanks so much for the stay.

Beautiful home with great character.

From the moment we walked in, we felt right at home. For a family of 7 visiting Jacksonville for a football game, we had everything we needed for a nice family dinner with a cozy atmosphere and football on in the background. The location near the football stadium was perfect for our weekend getaway to see the game, and the home was clean, comfortable, and had all the amenities we needed. Communication was excellent and Dean was very helpful in answering all of our questions. I would highly recommend this home to anyone visiting Jacksonville and hope to stay with you again in the future. Thank you for a wonderful experience.
