Stay in a piece of Jacksonville history. This 1906 home was originally built in historic Springfield and moved to its current site, historic Riverside, in 1908. Less than half a block to the shops of Five Points, Memorial Park and Cummer Museum. This is loaded with charm, space, and modern amenities to make your stay in central Jacksonville wonderful. Please make sure all doors are locked and the AC/Heating is returned to a reasonable temperture. If you expect to check out before the 11am check-out time please let us know.

Lovely historic home blocks from restaurants, grocery and night life! Family visiting for wedding found plenty to do. Lots of space and beds were comfortable.
