Inside this tropical themed oasis with touches of blue and teal hues, you will find sleeping arrangements for up to 10 guests. Both the master w/ en suite bathroom, and guest bedroom are fitted with queen-sized beds. The kids room has a hardy twin-over-full wooden bunk bed. There are also two sleeper sofas in the home, a queen in the living room and a full in the sunroom. All rooms are equipped with smart TVs to stream your favorite movies and TV shows w/ ease.

The kitchen is fully stocked with pots, pans, plates, cups and cutlery. You will also find fresh coffee and an assortment of teas. We do kindly ask that you clean your dishes upon check out.

The bathroom is stocked with soft towels/wash clothes, toiletries, as well as a hairdryer.

The home is complete with a brand new washer and dryer located in the garage at your disposal.

There is plenty of park both in the driveway (up to 5 cars) and on street as well.

Perfect for short getaway

This property is perfect if you are bringing a pet. Enclosed backyard and tile floors. Location is perfect if you forget to pack anything. Neighborhood is quiet.

West side Jacksonville

Mr Small was a great host!!!! Communication and cleanliness was definitely awesome!! Everything was just like the pictures! Will most definitely rent again! If you are needing somewhere to stay just for a night or 2 this place is definitely one to chose from!!!!

Ok place to stay

Place wasn't very clean and there wasn't any extra bedding. There weren't even sheets on the pull out beds which I had to use since there were 8 of us

A diamond in the rough

Everything about this property was just what we needed for our event. The reason for 4/5 stars for location is because a 5-star rating should be reserved for beachfront or for prime walking access to other entertainment spots. This property is not that, but it is a nice house in a quiet neighborhood and has a large yard, plenty of parking, and a nice floor plan with plenty of living space. It was perfect for our group and our needs. It is only about a 10-15 minute drive from good restaurants, shopping, and the highway for groups wanting to get out and explore. Avoid the restaurants and stores 5 minutes away, and drive the extra 10 minutes to much better options. We would certainly stay here again.
