One of the upstairs bathrooms had a dirty bathtub. Also the garage disposal didn’t work which caused one side of the sink to drain extremely slowly. Other than those couple of things, the house was perfect for my grandson’s birthday surprise!

Thank you so much for your 5-star review! We’re thrilled to hear the home was a great fit for your grandson’s birthday surprise—that sounds like such a special occasion. We also really appreciate you pointing out the bathtub cleanliness and the garbage disposal issue. That’s not the experience we aim to provide, and we’ve already addressed both items with our team to ensure everything is fully resolved for future guests. Thanks again for your feedback and for choosing to stay with us—we’d love to host you again anytime

Everything went great for our stay in Brighton!!! The house worked perfect for our group taking a ski trip and we enjoyed the living/hang out areas including the game room. Allowed for a few different groups to hang out at the same time. Thanks and recommend all considering to give this place a shot! Also, the 'check-out' requirements were the easiest of any VRBO I've ever stayed at. Just trash and dishes which helped make checking out with a large group so much easier!

The home is large and accommodates many people. It was roomy enough for everyone to have their own space but had a large living area where we could all hang out. There were 10 of us in our group. We had a couple of issues that were handled promptly. Really appreciated the responsiveness. We all enjoyed our stay and I would highly recommend this place.
