Welcome to Bayview Retreat! This newly renovated one bedroom, one bath condo has gorgeous views of Aransas Bay from the private balcony on the third floor of the Laguna Reef Resort. Enjoy cool bay breezes and bird watching from the complex grounds along with great fishing from the 1000-foot lighted fishing pier. Cool down in the Laguna Reef swimming pool or relax in the hot tub overlooking Aransas Bay. You can even grill up your best catch in one of the grilling areas!

The living room has a flat screen TV and large picture windows facing the bay. The living room has a comfy couch that is also a queen-sized sleeper sofa. There is a table that seats 2 people and seating for 2 more at the breakfast bar. The kitchen has all stainless-steel appliances and granite countertops fully equipped with a dishwasher, microwave, ice maker, and coffee maker. The primary bedroom has a king-sized bed and nice decor. All linens and towels will be provided, and guests will have access to a laundry room that takes quarters. This condo also has Wi-Fi.

Great small family getaway

Condo was great size for family of 3-4. Loved having a full kitchen to cook breakfast and make sandwiches. Close proximity to the beach (2-3 minute drive) and we enjoyed the private fishing pier for some night fishing. We would definitely come back to this property

The condo was immaculate, the view was spectacular, the pool was great and the staff were awesome! It was the cleanest condo I have ever rented, and I've rented a lot! So friendly, a maintenance guy took my garbage bag from me as I was walking to the dumpster so I didn't have to. The check-in lady on Friday night was the nicest ever.
