Spend your day catching trout and redfish on the fabled Red fish Bay then kick back on the large shaded patio, cooled by the bay breezes. Tejas Tides has an outdoor kitchen, an extra large picnic table and a charcoal grill. The full dock has a fish-cleaning stand and room to tie up your boat. The boat lift is not available for guest use and the homeowner does leave his boat in the lift and his trailer in the driveway. The living room has comfortable couches, seating areas including a flat screen TV, and beautiful water views. The kitchen table seats up to four people and the kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher.

Upstairs you can relax in the comfy great room with its charming coastal cottage decor, beautiful full kitchen. A shady back deck, two bedrooms, plus one and one-half bathrooms complete the upstairs accommodations. One bedroom has a king size bed and the second one has a queen size bed. The first bathroom has a vanity for each of the rooms and bathtub. Downstairs is a third large bedroom with another queen size bed. The downstairs bathroom has access from either the bedroom or the patio. High tech amenities include a large high definition television, a Blue-Ray DVD player and high speed wifi. There is parking for 2-3 vehicles. Tejas Tides is a perfect home base to enjoy all that the Rockport area has to offer.

This house is also a short drive away from Rockport Beach and Little Bay. Little Bay is a fascinating birding spot with many protected areas for spotting. Rockport Beach is a fun and affordable way to spend a day relaxing and swimming. Kids will also have a blast at the beach with the multiple themed playgrounds and swing sets. There are picnic tables and grills that you can set up at for the perfect beach experience. Rockport is home to many historical sights and parks as well, including the Fulton Mansion, Goose Island State Park, and The Texas Maritime Museum. Also Port Aransas is only about a 20 minute drive away! You can enjoy more fishing, more food, and more beach on the island.
