If you are looking for an at home feel then you will love our 3 bedroom 2 1/2 bath home that also includes a beautiful loft space that can be used as a work space as well as a huge media room where the kids can hangout or the adults can hide away. Huge yard with a screened in lanai in which you can enjoy a nice cup of coffee as the sun comes up. All rooms are furnished with TV's that include Roku, firestick and local cable. Beautiful and quiet neighborhood with Wannamaker trail just blocks away and plenty of popular eateries such as Popeyes, Taco bell, KFC, Starbucks, and Chipotle just minutes away. Check out our local Farmer & Artisan market just an 8 minute drive from the house or perhaps some family time at Royal lanes family entertainment. Home is just 18 minutes from the Charleston airport, 15 minutes from North Charleston and 30 minutes from downtown Charleston where you can grab a meal at Hannibal's Kitchen, Leon's, Rodney Scott's BBQ there is no shortage of options. Beautiful home

I took my family on a three week vacation which included 2 hotel stays and two 1 week, three bedroom property rental stays, this being the first. We were in South Carolina visiting my son (and his wife & 2 yr old daughter) who is in the military and currently stationed there. This home's interior was gorgeous and the backyard was picture perfect for my littles! They loved running around the plush, manicured, green yard and we all enjoyed the lanai. The living room offered a high ceiling with luxurious sofas for movie night. Our favorite place was the dining table though. It is a very big, long, beautiful table that not only provided an area for family dinners, but family game nights. We are very much into family game nights and board games, so that table was perfect! Unfortunately, we had no access to the garage unlike the other property and wish that would've been included. There was also a small misunderstanding about towels when we left and after our very long trip I can say that I did find one towel at the very bottom of our packed van stuck in one of my Little's chairs. For that I did apologize. Honestly, I usually take video of any rentals (car or property rentals) before and after, but I was so exhausted from driving in and leaving that sweltering day after packing up the van in the hot sun that I forgot to. Very unfortunate, but great advice/security to have for yourself when renting any property. Overall, my family really enjoyed the property.

Lovely home, but…

The house was perfect for us but 2 of us got sick. There appears to be mold in 2 of the bathrooms and wall by front door is cracking. Looks like they previously had water damage.

Clean and plenty of room

There was plenty of room for the 5 of us. The place was clean and well stocked with pans and utensils for us to cook breakfast each morning and close enough to go out and see the Charleston area. We felt safe in a nice neighborhood.
