We really enjoyed our stay here. Very clean place. Kitchen was equipped with everything needed for cooking. Located in a quiet historic neighborhood. We enjoyed taking walks and seeing all of the beautiful homes. We highly recommend staying here.
Lovely, very well appointed home. It was well stocked with everything needed for an enjoyable stay. The feel was that of a luxury, historic home. Beautifully decorated, luxury accessories, towels, soaps, shampoo, etc. The cooking pans were so nice that I ordered a set while I was there. Everything was wonderful. The host communicated perfectly, and even helped us find an item that my daughter had left behind. Probably the best VRBO I have stayed at. And I've stayed at many. Would gleefully stay again!

Thank you for taking the time to write those kind words. We love hearing that you enjoyed our home.
Charming historic home in a lovely quiet neighborhood. Our kids loved playing games on the porch, walking to the park and eating at the nearby restaurants. We were in town to visit family and this was the perfect relaxing setting for us to connect. We were comfortable and had plenty of space.
Wonderful stay in Summerville, house was very convenient to the historic town center, we walked into town a few times a day. Exactly what we were looking for. And the homeowners were great to work with.
Jane was very accommodating and even offered an early check-in and a high chair for our use. We had a wonderful time staying at this property. The location is quiet but close to everything at the same time. The home is very well decorated and comfortable. If staying in Summerville, this is a great place.
This is one of the finest places we have ever rented through verb. Jane is fantastic host and super communicative. The house is furnished in the most beautiful way in keeping with historic neighborhood. This will be out "go to" place when we have lots of visitors. Thanks.

We are blown away by your review. Thank you and so glad you enjoyed your stay.
The house was very clean and in a beautiful area. And while the owners live next door, they did not impede on us at all. Jane was very friendly. I would definitely stay again.
The cottage is, as an understatement, perfect. The cottage, is really a spacious house but is still very cozy. Plenty of room for us. The rooms are well furnished and very comfortable. If we ever have a reason to go to South Carolina we will definitely be back.

Why they chose this property
My husband and I used to walk by this area downtown Summerville and both agreed it was our favorite street. One day we saw a for sale sign and the rest is history. We still love this street and neighbors and we think you will too.
What makes this property unique
We moved this over110 year old home from down the street, put it on our lot and remodeled it. It has imperfections but loads of charm.
