This home is located in the Bates-Hendricks neighborhood. It's on the near south east side of Indianapolis. It is very quick to get to events and all that is happening in Indy. This urban neighborhood has undergone a lot of revitalization and is rich with local history.
You'll have access to everything in each of the two houses, except basement and attic areas.
ACCESS
You can access both homes by a touch pad on the front and back door.
PARKING
All street parking in the neighborhood is free. So, you could park directly in front of the home if you like. There is a gravel parking pad behind the pink house where 4 cars can park. You can also park a car longways in front of the garage.
You will have two full houses, located next door to each other. The first house (the house painted pink) has 4 bedrooms, 4 full bathrooms, and a half bath. There is a queen sleeper sofa in the living room. There is an open dining room, living room, and kitchen. There is an island in the kitchen with 4 stools. There is a primary suite on the main level.
The second house (the dark green house) has 3 bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms, and a half bathroom. The full kitchen, dining room, and living room open into each other. There is a queen sized air mattress.
The two homes share a large grassy back yard.
The neighborhood is located just south of downtown. It's near the Indianapolis Cultural Trail and the Rapid Transit Line. There are scooters available. You could explore the city without needing a car. However, you can easily get to all parts of the city with a quick drive or Uber trip. There is free street parking in the neighborhood and there is parking space behind the yard too.
