Our condo is all on 1 LEVEL in an OPEN-CONCEPT design. The layout fans out to beautiful OCEAN VIEWS from the WALL-TO-WALL WINDOWS in the LIVING ROOM and MASTER BEDROOM. Be sure to take in sunsets and sunrises from our 400' jetty that is steps away from our condo!
Our spacious condo's layout is PERFECT FOR for 2 FAMILIES, or 2 SETS OF COUPLES, with BEDROOMS and ENSUITE BATHROOMS PRIVATELY SEPARATED. It is also perfect for families with YOUNG CHILDREN, with our condo being ALL ON ONE FLOOR with NO STAIRS, and a full-sized BABY CRIB set up in the Master Bedroom. Crib linens are provided, as is a highchair. The second bathroom tub is low entry, and perfect for bathing infants and young children. A child-proof latch has been added to the exterior door in the 2nd Bedroom, for use to ensure that children cannot exit our condo on their own accord.

As guests, you are availed of 3 in-ground heated saltwater pools, with the beautiful Tower Oasis Pool being reserved only for Tower owners and guests. Kawama's saltwater lagoon/lake, which rises and falls with the tides, is also a popular spot for swimming, snorkeling, scuba diving practice and use of non-motorized watercraft. Fish-attracting green lighting has just been installed at various lagoon locations, and is beautiful at night!
Kawama also features it's "Beach Area" on the Atlantic Ocean coast. The upper level of the North and South Beach Areas, made of crushed coral, is equipped with Adirondack chairs, tiki huts, fire pits, bbq and outdoor shower. This is a fantastic place to take in the ocean views and breeze, take in some rays, meet new people or simply chill and relax. A natural ocean-accessible beach area is is also available in the Beach Area's bay for swimming, snorkeling and watersports.
Our condo is perfect for those of you wishing to bring your boat. Use of Kawama’s boat launch/ramp, commercial ice room, boat/scuba gear cleaning station and boat/trailer storage yard are COMPLIMENTARY for Kawama guests. Alternatively, you can rent a boat slip in our Kawama-Molasses Reef Marina. The pricing is based on ft of slip space/day or week. Contact can be provided on request. In order to bring your boat/trailer into Kawama you’ll need to bring proof of a min. $300K liability insurance. Please note that 3-axis trailers are not allowed.

We're the proud owners of this beautiful Tower condo overlooking the yacht club and the Atlantic Ocean, as shown in the photo above looking back from the 400' Esplanade to our Kawama Tower building. See our photos for view from our balcony!!! Check out our Video Tour. It will give you a good idea of our beautiful condo, it's location relative to ocean views (it is directly facing the yacht club marina and ocean) and the Kawama Yacht Club property. Note that our condo is in the white Tower building closest to the ocean and isn't one of the townhomes which are further inland.
Why they chose this property
Key Largo is close to both Miami and Ft. Lauderdale International Airports, and is a fantastic island from which to explore the Keys. We bought this condo as we loved its spacious open concept layout, spectacular ocean views, 2 bedrooms each with their own ensuite bathrooms, and private laundry room. We also liked the oceanfront location of Kawama, without any noise from the Intercoastal Hwy (US#1). All amenities and attractions are so close, and the Keys atmosphere prevails. Location is the best of both worlds! Kawama offers 24x7 gated security, and many on-property amenities.
What makes this property unique
Kawama is situated well off of US#1, and is surrounded by the Atlantic Ocean on one side, 'parkland' with John Pennekamp State Park adjacent to the north and a bird sanctuary to the southwest. The 400' esplanade is actually owned by Pennekamp State Park. Very quiet and relaxing location, with beautiful professionally maintained grounds. Yet it is so conveniently located to the major shopping areas and restaurants in Key Largo. The large "lagoon" or lake, which is attached to the ocean and rises and falls with the tides, is also a unique feature offered by our Kawama property, and is great for non-motorized watercraft, swimming, scuba diving, not to mention feeding the many colourful fish that stocked here.
