Beautiful Home/Great Location

Magnolia Noire is the perfect place to stay if you are wanting to visit downtown Dallas. This is a shoeless home; if I had known that before checking in we would have prepared better and brought house shoes etc. This was probably the best stocked house we have EVER rented!! Thank you!! The beds are memory foam, the showers were hot and water pressure was excellent! It was a wonderful place to stay!

Misleading advertising

The neighborhood is ghetto, the area including the property was unkept: grass was high trash and other debris scattered everywhere. Management did not communicate effectively with us in preparation for our arrival. A screw from their driveway gave us a flat. Management were not cooperative. We found days later windows that were left open as well as other people's belongings were found in our stuff. I would not recommend that place for anyone, especially if you're alone. Very creepy

Hermionde, we're so disappointed to see your low review (as your notes directly contradict our recent reviews that gave us a 10/10 rating). When your group attempted to check in with 10+ people OVER the allowance for our home, we did our absolute best to avoid having to cancel your booking so that you and your group were not displaced. VRBO encouraged us to cancel and force your group out of our home, but we insisted on hosting you all with just a small extra cleaning fee. Ever single linen in our home was used (even extras) and a deep cleaning was needed after your checkout, with several ruined linens and broken items you left behind. Our logs also show unusual access timestamps. As hosting veterans we strive to create a "home away from home" atmosphere but your group of 20+ people (which VRBO confirmed) booked a home with a 12 person limit; you simply broke the house rules. We would not recommend your group to other hosts considering this and the lack of communication we experienced throughout your stay.
