This house is in a really nice neighborhood and very walkable to shops, restaurants, and coffee shops. Also an easy drive to other nearby places, the beach, and hikes. The house was very nice with a great back area including a patio, hot tub, pool, and pingpong…and darts! The host was amazing! Very responsive and professional. 10 out of 10!

Great house in the best walkable location!

I stayed here with coworkers. The bedrooms were perfect for our individual space. Living room great to work in! The location is truly amazing!! Being able to walk to coffee, dinner, happy hour … shopping. Pretty rare in the LA area.

We enjoyed the home overall—it was clean and had great amenities, especially the pool. However, we did run into an issue with noise expectations. During our stay, we were asked to keep noise down in the early evening (around 7:30 p.m.) due to a neighbor with a newborn, even while the kids were just playing in the pool.We completely understand being respectful, but it did limit our ability to fully enjoy the outdoor space during normal evening hours. Something to keep in mind if you’re traveling with kids or planning to use the pool later in the day.Other than that, the home itself was nice and the host was polite and responsive.
