The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Ensure all dishes and cookware have been thoroughly cleaned and stored. If a FEW items didnt get clean, leave those in the dishwasher.
Leave the sheets on beds.
Put used towels in the bathroom tub.
Lock all doors and windows.
All appliances and AC is off.
Ensure outdoor chairs and grill covers are on.
Take out trash and recyclables and put in bins on side of the house.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
