Luxary apartment centrally located in Reykjavik

A beautiful, bright and spacious apartment on 3rd floor in a 3 apartment building with free private parking. Located in a family friendly street /neighbourhood in the capital city area, only 15-20 min walk from downtown Reykjavik. There are 2 bedrooms each equipped with a queen size bed and one with a TV. The living area is quite big with sofa and TV, large dining table with 6 chairs and work area with a chair and a desk. Our kitchen has all standard equipment, including refrigerator, microwave, oven, dishes etc and Nespresso coffee machine. There is also a roundtable with 4 chairs. Large bathroom with a shower.

The apartment is very well located within a 5 minutes walk to Kringlan Shopping Mall and the centre of downtown Reykjavík is just a 15-20 minute stroll away. There is a bakery and a ice cream shop 200 meters away. There is a children playground in the area.

There are 2 balconies where you can enjoy the view and catch the northern lights if you are lucky. Also superb location to watch the fireworks if you stay over the New Years.

It's a very nice apartment in a nice neighbourhood.

We have a baby crib and high hair available to use for your children.

Linen, towels, soaps and such are included.

We manage over 100 properties here in Iceland, most of them in the Reykjavik area and also outside of Reykjavik.  Please let us know if you would like to split your stay, some nights in Reykjavik and some outside of Reykjavik.  We also offer long term renting.

Great apartment

Great apartment, Very clean , spacious and well stocked kitchen with a utility room. Brilliant location just a 20 minute walk into Reykjavik. The “Bonus”supermarkets seem to be the most value for money. Definitely good to have a rental car . All the tourist routes are easily accessible, keep an eye on the weather reports. The trips are very expensive in my opinion so my advice would be to rent a car for your stay and good opportunity to visit off the tourist areas. We found lots of hot natural springs so keep your swimming gear and a towel in the car just in case and take some waterproofs if your planning to take some epic close up photos of the waterfalls! I wish I had taken some anti slip ice grips for our walking boots. A lot of areas we visited was very icy and definitely need them if your wanting to see any of the glaciers! This was one ofthe best holidays I have ever experienced, Iceland is absolutely beautiful! I definitely want to return and take in a glacial hike next time 😃
