We stayed there while sailboat racing on the lake for 4 days. The place was perfect for us. Lots of room for four guys and all of our stuff. Thanks to our hosts!
This house was perfect for our trip to New Hampshire. We were looking for a house near our excursion. It was clean and had everything we needed or wanted. We will definitely try to book this location again!
Set back and secluded location made for quiet stay. Plenty of room to spread out in or outside. Couple of cons were:
1) some parts of house was musty & damp
2) master bedroom had the WORST bed I’ve ever slept on
Close to the local attractions (via car)
My family and I which consisted of five adults and four children stayed for three nights. There was plenty of space and everything was clean. It was a very short, easy, drive down to the beach and easy to get to local shops and restaurants. We would definitely stay again!
Nestled in the woods on a quiet street, this home comfortably fit our families needs. The children really enjoyed the media/game room and the spacious deck was lovely. We found the kitchen well equipped and there was plenty of living space for all to enjoy. Nick and Sam were so kind and quick to respond to all communications. We highly recommend staying at this vacation home.
Just enjoyed a second vacation week at Gilford Central Retreat and again thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this comfortable home. We had 5 adults and 2 children in our group and there was plenty of space for all our needs. The large deck was awesome and we spent most evenings playing games or watching movies in the media room. The launch for our boat was minutes away as is the NH Pavillion. We highly recommend a stay at this wonderful home!

Thank you for coming back!! We are so happy you enjoyed your stay!
Booked this house for a concert at Bank of NH pavilion and some cruising on the Mt Washington at Weirs Beach. House was clean and had plenty of room. Wish I had more quests to share it with.. There is plenty of room for more than 2….
Thanks Nick
From planning through departure at the end of our stay this has been an easy, pleasant experience.
The views, quiet setting, privacy and accommodations were worth every penny. The guest bedrooms are separate from the master bedroom. Each had very nice bathrooms and plenty of towels. If you're looking for a quiet place with amazing views and no ambient lights, you just found it.
The only weather were not cooperating- rainy New Year eve

Great location
We stayed here for 4th of July with our kids and grandkids. There was an issue that the property manager tried to resolve. It did impact our stay but I do believe she did what she could to make it up to us.
The house is spacious and perfect for big families. The master bed is very comfortable. The location can’t be beat. It’s very close to the Bank of NH Pavillion if you want to see a show. Plenty of shops and restaurants in the area.
The outside patio couch was dirty and no amount of scrubbing made it something we wanted to use. The backyard is surrounded by woods so the deck was covered in leaves, dirt, and bugs. Again, something that really can’t be helped due to the woods.
I would advise if staying in the summer you make sure that they have installed the ACs like the listing suggests.
The property was very clean , and close to things to do or to just relax. Nick was very easy to work with . I would recommend this property! We will definitely rent again if availability allows . Kim
