Oceanfront, Pool, Condo - Daytona Beach Club

UPDATE 11/9/25

The Daytona Beach Club is located directly on the ocean, with a recently renovated pool, and beach access through the pool deck. Enjoy both city view and ocean view from your private balcony, located on the 5th floor, conveniently placed next to the elevator. Walk right out to the beach! Within walking distance you can find movies, Main St. fishing pier, shopping and the Boardwalk amusement park. Disney World, Sea World and all of the famous Orlando attractions are only about one hour away. Other close-by attractions are the Kennedy Space Center and Old Historic St. Augustine. Daytona Beach Club is 15 minutes away from the famous Daytona International Speedway and the Daytona Beach International Airport.

The living area of the studio boasts a contemporary double size sleeper sofa which you will really appreciate when it comes time to chill out and watch the 50 inch flat screen TV. A king size bed will help you sleep and recharge after a fun-filled day at the beach. Our kitchen has all your essential supplies: glassware, utensils, dishes, coffee maker, toaster etc. It has a full size refrigerator & freezer and 4-burner stove with oven plus a microwave in the kitchen area. The plumbing was reworked earlier in 2025. A room dehumidifier has also been added to the unit.

The pool and deck have new pool furniture and tables with umbrellas. Beach access is available from the deck. You will need to use the key and there is a tall gate with a special connector that needs to be manipulated in order to access the beach.

The minimum rental for Bike Week (March) is 7 nights at the special event rate.

There are new parking policies for the Daytona Beach Club. A valid parking pass must be placed in your vehicle within 30 minutes of your arrival. The parking pass is within the unit. In addition, we have invested in a Park Volusia pass to assist you with parking throughout Volusia County in marked spaces. More parking information is also available within the unit. There is no daily charge for parking at Unit 520. No trailers are allowed to be parked on the property.

Thank you for removing trash. There is a dumpster in front of the building near the lower garage entrance that is used for trash.
Please return the pool key and parking pass to the wall basket inside the unit. The main door key is to be left in the lock box outside the unit. Thank you.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Completed and signed rental agreement along with copy of drivers license must be returned to us via email within 24hr. of making reservation

Well maintained older building on the beach. Great location. Walkable to the boardwalk. I not was exactly as described. Helen is super friendly and responsive. Will go again!

Great for couples

Great location walking distance from the boardwalk and bandshell area. Just 1 hotel away from the Hard Rock hotel. Pool was damaged in hurricane but in late October we were not expecting to get in the water.

Anniversary celebration

The property manager was always quick to reply & gave us very good instructions. The property was clean & comfortable and a good location. Even though you are not directly on the beach you can see and hear the ocean from this room and you have easy quick access to the beach even with the pool closed. We were told up front that the pool was still closed due to hurricane damage which was not an issue since the beach was just steps away. This is a 15 minute walk to the boardwalk which is a nice wlk down the beach or you can walk down the streets and see shops & restaurants. We enjoyed our stay and will be back.

Sweet little studio

The location is perfect- this unit doesn’t face the beach but a walk out the back of the building and you’re on the beach. The price for this unit is a good selling point. Its nicely updated and attractive. It’s ideal for two people and you’re in a perfect area to walk the beach and boardwalk with bars and restaurants nearby. The building is older but we had no issues with security and never felt uncomfortable.

Just a little gem

Oh what a jewel of a place ! Location is steps from the beach just take the elevator down to 2nd floor out the parking lot and a few steps and you are on the beach! The condo is small like 400 sq feet but perfect . Nicely decorated with everything you need coffee maker toaster dishes n glasses down to silverware. There is a small downside on Friday Saturday nights the noise level is high due to Hard Rock Hotel being close by the music is LOUD goes till 2am then when the young guest return it go pound in the hallway till about three also if you can’t handle the continuous smell of the 420 crowd this entire town is not the place for you it’s smoked everywhere had to place a towel at the bottom of my door frame to reduce what came into my condo. All in all I would book again had a great four days experience

Great for the price!

Cute little condo, perfect location for our needs. Easy access to the pool, beach, shops, restaurants. Water was hot, shower pressure was good, fridge, freezer, microwave and stove worked. Did not use the oven during our stay. Helen was very quick to respond to questions, needs etc from start to finish. Very pleasant and easy to work with. Downfalls we incurred though were 1. Room is EXTREMELY humid. Our clothes, pillows, sheets always felt damp. My children went to eat their Mini Muffins one morning that are in those individually sealed plastic bags and they were soggy. I went to take my meds and my pill crumbled in my hand and the blue color stained my fingers. They had been in a plastic bill box. 2. The toilet keeps running after being flushed and you have to jiggle the handle everytime to get it to stop. 3. The door handle to the balcony needs replaced or fixed because it feels like you are going to pull it right off the door when trying to close the door and lock it. 4. The front door interior swing lock piece needs adjusted because it sticks and you have to lift it up while turning the handle just to get the door open. Could be a big problem if there was an emergency and people need to evacuate quickly. 5. Not much closet/drawer space at all for 4 people. Had to move all the extra towels and sheets to the ottoman so we could stack clothes in the fake dresser. Overall though, for the price and location, we made it work and had a wonderful week! Thank you for everything!

Disappointed

We had 3 females staying together and check out after 1 day of a 4 day trip. We felt extremely unsafe around the location. There is no security on the premises and didn't see any workers. We were there late February and outside of the building were non residents hanging around and some paraphernalia. We checked into another location the next day and notified the owner. Only response was an ok. No mention of a refund, a sorry, etc.

Excellent unit - thanks Helen!

I've stayed in the Daytona Beach Club many times in various units and Helen's is one of the best. Large, clean studio unit with a full, well-equipped kitchen that's perfect for one or two people on vacation. You can see the ocean (and a smidge of beach) from the north-facing balcony, which is supplied with four chairs. King bed was great and quite firm. Nice couch/lounge with an enormous Roku TV for rainy days or relaxing after a day on the beach. If you've never stayed in the DBC, the location is fantastic. Great food and entertainment within a couple of blocks, a short drive to plenty of shopping including Publix, Ross and Marshall's and plenty of on-site parking with security on the weekends. The pool deck and the property's private beach access are currently being re-built with a new seawall to remedy the issues from the 2022 storms, and unfortunately the public beach access and bathroom right outside the building were closed for the seawall rebuild while we were there, as well. I would wager the public stuff should be re-opened soon, as they were open a few months ago. If they're still closed when you're there just go to the other public access just past the La Quinta next door. No bathroom there, but they have rinse-off showers. Anyway, if you like being on the beach but don't need an oceanfront room, and you want a clean affordable, convenient unit - this place is for you!

Beach Trip

Unfortunately, my stay was disappointing. Overall, I ended up leaving a night early due to how uncomfortable the bed and couch were. The towels were very old and I didn’t feel comfortable using them. The toilet ran constantly once flushed and the shower wasn’t enjoyable, and the curtains were not blackout, which made it hard to sleep Without a dishwasher, I didn’t feel comfortable using the dishes. On the positive side, the pool area was great and the parking garage was very convenient. Helen was very responsive and easy to communicate with which I appreciate it however, I wouldn’t choose to stay here again.
