Very clean and easy check in. Right on the beach with a great view and close walk to downtown. Coordinators very helpful with telling us where close activities/restaurants were. Would stay again!

Great location overlooking the ocean. Sufficient supplies of towels, including beach towels and kitchen items. Maintenance supervisor was very helpful with property guidelines. Walk on access from pool to ocean and pool is heated. Two restaurants in walking distance. About 3/4 mile walk to boardwalk. Secure building requiring key for most access areas. Parking spot included. No beach chairs in the unit. Ability to purchase daily rental of chair and umbrella for 50 per day on the beach. Would be ideal for owner to have chairs available for renters. Drip coffee pot, no Keurig so remember filters. Overall nice stay and can’t beat location.

The condo was comfortable! The balcony was not private, which we were not aware of when we booked it. The TV did not work, but the maintenance guy was able to get us a new remote that then got us hooked up to Spectrum. We were not able to get the very old and small TV connected to WiFi for streaming. The kitchen was not equipped for too much cooking, and this is something we want in a VRBO. We only stayed for 3 nights, so eating out was what we had to do for the most part. The stay was comfortable and we were able to see the 4th of July fireworks very well from our balcony. We appreciated the quick response for the TV issue and would recommend this unit for future stays.
