Things were great Best if house is for family. One amazing room for adults another really good room for a couple. If you went with all adults it would be hard to decide who gets what room so… best for parents and kids. With the Brady bunch bathroom for two of the rooms you’d want that to not be an equal paying couple. Bunk bed room is tight without a bathroom attached but there is a house bathroom that can be used. -So if it’s for kids or not a place split equal money size it’s AMAZInG!

Rented this property for a yearly reunion with 12 other men. The property had everything we needed, from the pool, to the kitchen, everything was well kept and labeled. Easy check in process. Access to garage came in clutch as we had multiple vehicles, mud room was a bonus since we had multiple golf bags. Had plenty of room to roam for 12 people, plenty of sleeping space. We typically rotate from California to Arizona for this yearly event, but after staying here we might just permanent keep reunion in AZ and try to stay here year after year as long as available. You won’t regret staying here! Great house and amenities

Thank you for the wonderful review. We’re glad the pool, well-equipped kitchen, garage access, and mud room made your reunion comfortable and that there was plenty of space for all 12 of you. It’s great to hear you’re considering making Arizona — and this home — your regular reunion spot. We’d be happy to host you again.

Amazing experience!

Home is huge and beautiful! So many amenities for both rest or activity. Views from home are beautiful. Plenty of room to spread out on property and never felt crowded with our group of 15. Very comfortable rooms and beds. Rental company was always available to answer questions or meet any needs. Definitely a five star experience!

A fantastic home

Myself and 10 of my coworkers stayed for a golf vacation, and the house couldn’t have been more perfect for a large group. Ample spacing within and many amenities outside made this a perfect home base for our trip. Couldn’t recommend this property for a large group more!

It’s a great property to get together with family. We were here for my son’s wedding. My grandchildren had a wonderful time outside. But beware of the blue cushions as they transfer color.

The home and property were beautiful. Our group lived in the pool area. It was perfect! Unlike many properties, the pool enjoys full sun all day. We had the pool heated and that couldn’t have been better. The spa was also easy to use.We do most our own meals and I enjoyed a kitchen that had everything we needed. Cooking was a joy. The house was much larger than we needed but it was nice that each family had their own space to retreat from the larger group when desired. The neighborhood was small and quiet.Overall, excellent experience!

Perfect home to enjoy family time

Home was as advertised and in a convenient location. Plenty of room for everyone to have their own space and great gathering areas. We enjoyed spending days in the pool and the kids loved the trampoline. It was nice to be able to have a place outside to gather during hot days and cooler nights. The patio heaters were a bonus. The kitchen wasn't quite as equipped as we had expected but might be fine for others. We cooked all meals in the house and didn't have any mixing bowls or large storage containers. Overall, house worked out well and we definitely made memories!

Outstanding Home

This place is amazing!!! It was perfect for our group of 5 couples for a birthday trip, but would also be excellent for a few families. The backyard is a dream. We thoroughly enjoyed the pool, pickleball, trampoline, and patio with pizza oven. The inside had so much space and the master bedroom is unbelievable. We are already trying to decide when we can go back.

Host was excellent. The property was beautiful and clean. I would just say that some areas need to be updated. Some things are aging, like most of the patio umbrellas didn’t open. The diving board was very rusted out.

Gorgeous Home!

This is just an amazing, clean, well decorated home in a quiet, gated community. We loved the large, fully equipped kitchen. The pool area and back yard are fantastic. We loved the outdoor pizza oven and pickleball court. The interior is beautifully designed, with every detail thought out and implemented with taste! We had such an amazing week with a large group. I Highly recommend!

Awesome house with fun for everyone

We had 3 families stay at the house. There was plenty of space for everyone inside and outside. Plenty of activities to keep kids and adults busy. The pool was great and we had fun playing in the yard. There are tons of pool and yard toys on the property. We had an issue with the spa heat but that was fixed promptly.

Wow what a beautiful home. Everything you need and/or want is there. The backyard is perfect to play games, watch sports and just enjoy the outdoors. I can't say enough about this home. 104 Mesa is spectacular! The pictures are exactly what you get in-person, but it’s oh so much better in real life. From the steam shower and separate bedroom wings to the diving pool and massive backyard, there’s plenty of space for everyone. We traveled with three families of four (12 total) and felt like we had plenty of privacy to kick back at the end of the day. We did encounter a concern on the first day, but the property management team was easy to get ahold of, responsive to the issue, and made it right. We highly recommend this property and will definitely be back!

Perfect large family/friend get away

The house was amazing! Great size, plenty of room for large family or friend group. Very relaxing with plenty of outdoor activities such as pickleball, swimming, hot tub, fire pit, and best of all family wiffle ball games! The steam shower in the master bathroom was amazing! The house was very clean, very well kept, and had everything as it was described. Only thing disappointing was the basketball hoop had been blown over and the rim was bent, which our 4 boys were looking forward to playing some hoops. Otherwise it was the perfect family getaway!
