Charming little place, too noisy for a baby
We had a great stay, and would definitely consider staying here again. The highlights for us were the cleanliness, quality of the amenities (luxurious linens!), and that each bedroom has its own bathroom. It was also a very easy walk to everything, and the neighborhood is cute. The kitchen has everything you need. Things that we view as potential drawbacks in general are that the kitchen is so narrow a bigger person might literally not be able to squeeze into the living room (people of size beware), ditto the parking space. If anyone has mobility issues getting in and out of even a small car might be tricky in such a narrow spot. Additionally, the stairs are very steep. Finally, the instructions to use the code doorknob were incorrect. They said to turn a certain direction, but it needed to be the other direction. There were a few minutes of some panic, a fussy baby, some marital strife, the whole deal... then we figured out the problem and it was easy to use from then on. We had grandma sleep in the downstairs room because of the stairs. She said it was lovely. Her only comment was that the shower downstairs is quite narrow. Myself, my husband, and our baby slept upstairs, which is a pretty large studio space. There's no door at the top of the stairs, which means that every single noise downstairs funnels up, meaning we had to be essentially silent after kid bedtime. Like, even whispers could be heard from the kitchenlus the alarm system dings when you open either door.

Cockroach but everything else was good
I really wanted to give a good rating and for adults without kids, i think this is a great choice. However, seeing a massive cockroach crawl out of our bathroom sink isnt a great sign. We only saw one, but having kids we almost left immediately. Everything else is fine - wish the parking was better. If you have a normal size car, its a tight fit.

Several issues
TV and internet didn't work; repair person didn't show up until the following day; daily construction work right across the street that started at 6:30 a.m. Because of these issues, we did not have a nice stay

Great house, property management not great
The house was great- it was just the right size for me, my husband and 19 year old son. Had everything we needed, a great location, we walked to everything. The beds were comfortable, the noise from the construction site across the street wasn't too bad, but the house is on a busy corner- lots of people walking by. However, there were no instructions for the house. Everywhere that we have rented has had instructions re: what to do with the sheets and towels, trash, recyclables, etc. The lights upstairs- there is a light at the bottom of the stairs, didn't work, had to use my cell phone flashlight to get up there at night. There is a ceiling fan at the top of the stairs- didn't work, and I had to replace a light bulb and then the last thing was there was a table lamp unplugged and not by any outlet, moved it to an outlet, didn't work. I did not contact anyone while we were there, just put up with it. Also, you have to open the door to the outside to use the oven. Lastly, on Sunday, the day before we were scheduled to leave, I had a Zoom meeting, and I was in the living room. Suddenly, during the meeting, the door opens- and this lady comes in and stares at me- no introduction. She told me we needed to be out that night, the cleaners were coming. I had to end my Zoom call, and show her our reservation. No apology. And I sent in a review to their company- they didn't post it! Just my name and five stars! And no one has contacted me. Again, house was great, Vacasa, not so much.

The Little House with big character
The property was exactly as presented. The location allows easy walking to downtown and the waterfront. It fits perfectly within the colonial ambiance of central Annapolis. We found the house impeccably clean and well appointed. The parking space is EXTREMELY NARROW and passengers had exit our mid-sized vehicle before entering the driveway (the house is on one side and a brick wall on the other). There is a major office building under construction directly across the street detracting from the view and loud noise is constant from 7 AM until 5 PM weekdays. Make sure that you refer closely to the online instructions for the entry system.
