The Newport Condominium has a beautiful water view of Spa Creek in Eastport. This condo is tastefully decorated with carpet and includes a queen sleigh bed and a Queen size soft pull-out bed in living room. Condo overlooks boat docks, the historic Carroll House and St. Mary's Church. Newport is a secure building with free parking spaces provided, but you will want to walk to the many restaurants, historic areas (State House) City Dock, and shopping in Annapolis Harbor. Great location for romantic getaways, visits to historic Annapolis, the Naval Academy and Navy Football games!
The condominium has a roof top pool, spectacular viewing area.

Navy Commission week and the Boat Shows are only rented by the week.

The room was very clean and the host was very responsive! There is an entire parking lot with plenty of parking and plenty of provided parking passes. The rooftop view is GORGEOUS! The only thing that we did not expect, if we needed to, was to pay for washer and dryer. There were plenty of extra bedding and dishes. I would recommend this condo for a nice stay for a small family due to the one bed and pull out sofa bed!

I'm from Southern Maryland and my wife is from Upper NY but has lived here in Maryland since High School. We have enjoyed Renting our condo in Annapolis for about ten years now, and have had some wonderful guest over the years, which some have become our friends.

Why they chose this property

We live about 30 minutes from Annapolis and love to come here for get-aways. Always something going on in Annapolis.

What makes this property unique

There is so much to do in Annapolis any time of the year. The harbor has boat excursions, kayak rentals and water taxis. There are many great restaurants and places to shop. The Navy football games and Boat Show in the fall are also favorites. You will find almost anything within walking distance. It’s easy to get to and from BWI or Reagan National Airports. (Great for romantic getaways)
