Good, Bad & Ugly

Good - location, check in, immediate message response Bad - glass in the pool, mirror feel off the dresser Ugly- Ants all over the stove The glass was ok because it would be impossible for someone’s to see. Glad no one got hurt! The mirror screws were apparently loose and again impossibly to know! Now the ants were a problem and they did not send anyone to address the problem. I went and purchased bug spray and was told they reported it to housekeeping and to send my receipt to be reimbursed for the bug spray! It was a struggle trying to prepare food and someone being on ant patrol! Overall beside the ants everything else was ok!

Spacious Home but.....

This home is perfect for a large family and very spacious. Spent the time with 6 of my girlfriends. I loved they we received a welcome basket with wine, chocolate and laundry items for washing. The only downside to the property, I was disappointed in the amount of towels that was provided. There were no extra towels. We were forced to wash each day. Also, the house has a pool it and only had 2 pool towels. Which meant we had to use the other towels for the pool.

House of horror

Bed broke 1st night leaking sinks master bedroom and kitchen and power out in one room my daughter's slept in heat and ant infected in whole home .checked out early could not take it anymore

Family vacation

At first glance, the home looked okay. We were welcomed with a couple of creepy critters in the kitchen area. The home decor is a bit outdated. There were drapes everywhere, even in the bathrooms which collect alot of dust ( I suffer from allergies). The hottub air jets where not working. The pool jets were not working so the pool was not cleaning properly. There were no in pool lighting so we couldn't go for a swim in the evening. I called everyday to have it serviced but no one came to survey the issue. When they finally came it was one day before our departure just to say that the blower is not working. The Bbq grill was filthy and corroded. A nice lady did come to clean the grill but I did not feel comfortable using it.
