Acadia Estates Villa is a beautiful 6 bedroom, 4.5 bath, two-story home with over 3000 Sq Ft of interior living space plus the lanai/pool area. This fantastic house comes with everything you need for an awesome vacation including a pool, hot tub/spa, home theater, flat-screen TVs, fast wireless Internet, and much more. The pool area features a large deck for sun lounging and dining, and a wonderful pool and hot tub/spa.

It is in a very nice, quiet, gated community and is one of the closest developments to Disney. It is less than three miles away from the Disney World exit and is extremely close to other major attractions such as Universal Studios and SeaWorld. It is just over an hour to stunningly beautiful beaches.

Whether you're in Florida for the attractions or simply to relax, you've found the perfect location. This is the ideal place to return to at the end of a long day, and you'll have all the comforts of home. You can relax around the pool with a drink and plan your next adventure. There’s so much to see and do in the area that you will need an occasional day to simply chill out in the home while the children have fun in the private swimming pool.

All bedrooms have their own televisions with a Roku, as well as cable. There are also two stand-up arcade games in the loft area. The house has an electronic lock system, so there are no keys to pick up or remember, as well as a whole-home security system. There are two sets of high-quality linens as well as towels for both the pool and bathrooms. There is also a stereo in the kitchen area that you can connect to via Bluetooth or a 3.5mm aux cord.

The literal perfect destination for our group! We wanted to get together and have a place to just relax and watch some tv amd recover from the stresses of life. We had a wonderful time, and look forward to staying here again next year!

Girls getaway

Wow ! This home is amazing . We were there for a 4 night girls get away. We were all impressed with the space, cleanliness and all of the little extras . The pool was super warm , and hot tub was so relaxing . We will definitely be back . Thank you for sharing your beautiful home with us .

Fantastic location for Disney!

This home was in the perfect location for our Disney vacation. It has a great amount of space for everyone to spread out and the pool/hot tub were perfect! Michele is a super responsive host. I would definitely book this home again.

We live in WI but love to visit Florida on a regular basis and have found this area has so much to offer. So close to the various Orlando area Theme Parks but also close enough to travel to the Atlantic coast or Gulf for a beach day! This home is in an area with great access to shopping and dining as well which we love. We would like to welcome you home during your stay and hope you enjoy Acadia Estates Villa as much as we do while you are visiting. We purchased this particular home because the previous owner has attention to detail, a meticulous management/cleaning team in place, etc. We have kept all of that.

One of the closest neighborhoods to the Disney parks. A quaint tree lined 32 home gated community. We love the proximity to the parks, golf, restaurants and shopping!
