This two bedroom, full bath unit has brand new kitchen, comfortable greatroom and outside patio not more than 125 yards from the shore. Wonderful view from the living room and kitchen. Owner lives above and is available to take care of all your needs. This is a quiet, cozy and very private location that is perfect for coffee on the dock in the mornings and a glass of wine in the evenings.
