Guests have access to the entire private basement apartment. The guests have access to the back patio area. There is another space upstairs that you do not have access to. The backyard and firepit are shared with the upstairs guests.

It will be authorized but not charged unless necessary. The authorization will be released after your departure, pending an inspection of the property.

If a refund is issued, a cancellation fee of 10% will be deducted to help cover payment processing fees.
