It’s a perfect place perfect distance to get to highway plenty of rooms everything was great pool was clean and warm rooms were all clean hands down I would definitely come back
Everything about this home was just as the listing set out. The home was beautiful. It was quiet and we loved the pool area. Anthony was proactive in all communication. It was just what we needed for Easter weekend.
We simply loved our stay at your lovely home recently . Everything was great , restful & perfect for running over to where we had plans for our daily trips . From the warm pool ,the lovely home layout to the relaxing atmosphere we really enjoyed our stay . Wish we could’ve stayed longer & we will look forward to returning .
This is a very nice property and well maintained. It was very convenient for our family get together and have already booked it again for our next trip.

And we bought the heater so the pool and spa will be heated !!!
It was such a cozy home that we have never been experienced before with stocked kitchen. There was quick response's from the owner and feeling of safety.
We had a fine stay. Good location for the wedding we were in town for. The multiple emails/text during our stay was a little overkill and the 2nd bathroom could use more hooks.
My family and I stayed here to visit family and move our son into college. This house was completely remodeled and finished with beautiful high end finishes. It was so convenient to everything we wanted to do. There was plenty of room for all of us and we had a relaxing and peaceful time here. We will definitely book again because it is so close to our family and friends.
The home was clean, comfortable, and in a great location for our visit. However, we really can’t comment much on the amenities because we primarily used it as a crash pad while participating in a two-day endurance race. The biggest downside—and the reason we booked this house in the first place—was the hot tub. Unfortunately, it was only 83 degrees, which made it unusable after our grueling race days. We had planned to soak and recover each night, but that wasn’t possible. Had the hot tub been working properly, this would have been a 5-star stay.

So sorry about the hot tub. We do not have a hot tub listed as an amenity. We do however have a heated pool. We appreciate your booking.
We enjoyed our peaceful time at the home. The home is very well kept - the rooms, the kitchen, the shared living spaces are all very welcoming and comfortable. The area is quiet, and we barely heard any neighbours the whole time we were there. The pool does need some repairs to the bottom surface, but otherwise super clean and refreshing. We spent most days outside in the pool from sun up to sun down. The patio furniture needs some attention - I'm sure it's hard to keep things nice for long during the hot damp summers, but the cushions definitely need an upgrade. Otherwise, everything was nice. We brought our family dog with us, and she enjoyed the fully fenced in yard. Some of the automated messages were incorrect with regards to the garbage procedures, but the host was quick to respond and provide updated/accurate instructions.
We had a wonderful stay. We especially loved the layout of the house. The kitchen and dining room are in the center of the house. There are two living rooms and two bedrooms off of each. This was perfect for our group so that the younger kids could play video games and watch what they liked in the one living room while the “grown-ups” could have a separate area to get away or go to bed early and not be disturbed. We also really liked the different access points to the pool area (3 doors go out to the pool area). The pool has a nice waterfall that runs on a timer.
The owner was quick to respond to any issues. The washer and dryer were high quality and used every day. There were also some board games such as a Lakeland Monopoly game that added a nice touch. The fridge was a huge hit with the kids. It has a camera that you can see inside and a touchscreen with games and some drawing/art capabilities. The kitchen is well stocked with pots and pans, dishes etc.
We would definitely stay again!

Listing was NOT accurate
Listing and pictures are not accurate. The owner tried to make excuses and tried to address discrepancy but really did not do a good job.
Pool is not well kept - there are chunks of cement missing at the bottom so you have to be careful not to trip as you walk in the pool / 1 Bedroom had a Twin size bed instead of Queen size bed / Front lawn had old broken furniture the whole time we were staying in the house / Mailbox was broken and the metal door was just hanging open exposing the mail.
I would not recommend this location, but that is just my experience.

Would not host this guest again. They complained about everything when the pictures described the home accurately. Please check the other reviews. This is a 500k home in an excellent neighborhood. This is a prime example of you cannot please everyone no matter how hard you try. We offer full refunds to anyone who walks into our homes if they don't like it, you don't have to stay.
"Overpriced, invasive, and poorly maintained—beware before booking."
My recent stay at this rental property was disappointing and fell significantly short of expectations, particularly given the price point. One of the most concerning aspects was the presence of a camera focused on the pool area. As someone whose work involves handling sensitive information, this intrusive setup severely restricted my ability to work on the patio, which was a key reason for choosing this property for a working vacation. When I expressed my concerns, I was dismissively informed that hotel pools also have cameras—a response that failed to acknowledge the very different nature of a private rental home.
Even putting aside the privacy issue, the overall condition of the property was far below standard. The pool was in a deplorable state, with visible peeling, deformities, and general neglect. To make matters worse, there were cigarette butts and other trash scattered around the pool area when we arrived. We took it upon ourselves to clean up the mess, hoping to avoid any misunderstanding about our responsibility to leave the property clean. The hot tub was even worse, appearing green and gross, and when I inquired about its condition, I was told that the property didn't advertise a hot tub/spa and therefore wasn't responsible for its functionality or cleanliness. This level of disregard for basic upkeep and guest experience was shocking.
Additionally, while the surrounding area wasn’t specifically advertised as anything special, given the premium price of this re

The cameras and their locations are clearly located in the listing. It is an insurance requirement that rentals with pools have cameras overlooking the pool. I'm sorry you failed to read the listing, that's not our fault. Yes, hotels and every short term rental you will book has a camera on the pool.
Secondly, it was mentioned in the listing that there were several small spots in the pool where the finish was missing, this by no way affected the performance or indicated that the pool wasn't clean. Nobody has had an issue with this until you.
Finally, if you have an issue with a housekeeping issue; let us know, we take care of things. Housekeepers make mistakes; they are human: They fix things when things happen. You were looking for a.way to get out of the booking from the time you stepped on the property.
Since this booking we had the time to refinish the entire pool. This was on our to do list but the house was never empty long enough to get it done. I encourage future guests to read our reviews, look at current pictures and not judge us by your review as it's grossly inaccurate. Have a good day.
