About this property

Luxury home with heated pool & hottub! Close to golf, beach, & amusement parks.

Welcome to our warm and spacious villa, located in a quiet gated community in south Lakeland, FL. Our home offers several separate seating spaces outfitted with comfortable furniture and smart TVs throughout the house. We have an amazing outdoor space to share with you! The enclosed, screened in area boasts a heated pool, hot tub, hammock, lovely lanai, and an outdoor kitchen. Outside the screened area, the backyard offers several varieties of fruit trees including starfruit, avocado, and mango, just to name a few. Please help yourself!
Inside, the kitchen is fully stocked to serve all of your meal preparation needs. There is even a 2nd refrigerator in the garage, available for use during your stay. The primary bedroom has a lovely ensuite bath with a jetted tub and separate shower. Along with the 4 bedrooms, we also have a king size air mattress, pullout queen couch, and a chair and a half that coverts to a twin bed. In total, our home can sleep up to 13 guests!
We are located near grocery stores, shopping, and restaurants. We are also convenient to Disney (45mi), Legoland (20mi), Busch Gardens (40 mi), gulf side beaches, many golf courses, museums, theaters, nature preserves, botanical gardens, and NASA Kennedy Space Center. In addition, Lakeland is home of the Detroit Tigers spring training along with other sports and events. The home is situated near several Florida universities; Florida Polytechnic University, Florida Southern College, Keiser, Polk State College, and Southeastern University.
Our home has one doorbell camera on the front door. We have security cameras on the front yard, both sides of the house, and the back yard. There are NO cameras inside the home, on the lanai, or on the pool and hot tub.

Excellent property and exceptional communication by the owner. Enjoyed the stay for about 7 weeks. Quiet as didn't here much from the neighbors. Located in a very nice neighborhood. Had a few minor issues and they had the property manager right on it. Highly recommend!!

SUCH a beautiful home

This home was so amazing and perfect for all of our needs. Very nice gated community less than 12 min from anything you could need. The home is very opened and allows plenty of space for large groups! The outdoor area and pool is where we spent most of our time and it was absolutely perfect. The hosts were more than accommodating! If you are planning a stay in this area, 10/10 recommend! You will not regret it!

FABULOUS!

Our stay at this property was absolutely wonderful. The hosts were so gracious and helpful. Their home is beautiful and well appointed. There is plenty of cookware, dishes, glassware, silverware, and cooking utensils. The beds were comfortable and the bathrooms well above average. Towels, including large beach towels, and bedding were provided. The hot tub and pool were splendid. We enjoyed swimming in the heated pool and relaxing in the hot tub. I especially enjoyed having my morning coffee in the lanai while watching the sun rise and listening to the birds. Their back yard is beautifully landscaped and attracts many, various songbirds. I highly recommend this property, and we will definitely return when visiting Lakeland, Florida. Well done, hosts, well done indeed!

Well, allow me to say, the stay was Relaxing, Calm, & Convenient. The house was spacious and luxe. It had room for everyone. NO Nosey neighbors. The home was equipped with everything indoor and outdoor. The kitchen, bathroom, & laundry courtesy supplies were very limited but it was fine bc i usually come prepared. Home is located in a convenient area. Grocery store, ice cream shop, mini donut shop, gas stations, and walmart. Hosts were very attentive and kind to calls. Hosts were very kind and accommodating to my needs, due to my flights, etc. I would definitely visit again. Thank you very much for the wonderful stay.
