Enjoy waterfront Harbor views at our cozy 3 bedroom (plus bonus room), 3 bathroom townhome, accommodating up to 8 guests (& up to 2 dogs with a pet fee). Centrally located on Holiday Isle we offer private beach access, docking for one boat up to 14FT MAX (no trailer parking AT ANY time), and breathtaking views from our back decks!

Are you addicted to vacationing? Working too hard and need an outlet? Regardless of your need for a place to escape to, we're sure that Sea-hab is the location for you to add some sunshine to your itinerary! Our waterfront townhome has both a spacious layout & a "home away from home" feel, and is located in a central location to beach access, water access, restaurants, shopping, and nightlife!

We are "boater" friendly with our small dock, but can ONLY accommodate up to 14FT (including motor) at our dock. If you are planning to bring a watercraft it is important to know that we cannot go over this length of our dock space at any time (absolutely NO exceptions). We also can NOT accommodate trailer parking at any time, as it violates local HOA rules and regulations, so guests need to plan to keep their trailers at a local marina for the duration of your stay. We do require all guests to notify us if they are planning to bring watercraft so that we can ensure our space is a good fit for your stay. We can park a maximum of two vehicles (SUV, TRUCK, CAR) but no trailers, RVS, watercraft on trailers, box trucks-and vehicles can only be parked directly in front of our middle unit, not in neighboring spaces or streetside.

When you arrive after a casual drive through Destin & Holiday Isle, you'll pull up to our middle unit townhome, with parking directly at the front door-no parking garages, valet parking, or crowded parking lots to navigate. Our keyless entry will make arrival & coming and going during your stay a breeze!
The first floor welcomes you with a spacious entryway, with direct access to the upstairs stairway and the first floor layout of bedrooms. Immediately to the right, is the first bedroom with two cozy queen beds, a roku enabled tv with HuluLive, and ample closet space & natural light pouring in the windows. This room boasts an en-suite bathroom with a shower & tub, toilet and vanity area.

The master bedroom is located down the hall on this same floor, complete with a King bed, Roku enabled TV with HuluLive, his and hers closets, and a spacious en-suite bathroom with a shower & tub, toilet, and vanity space.

Walking directly through the master, is our bonus room, that offers one twin bunk bed, a roku enabled tv with HuluLive, and a separate area with a full sized washer and dryer. Guests can enjoy direct access to the back deck area right through the sliding doors in this bonus room-just steps away from sitting in the sunshine every morning!

Upstairs is where guests can enjoy being together in our light and airy living room with tall ceilings & natural light to enjoy through the back wall of windows & sliding doors. We have a comfortable sectional, and large Roku enabled TV with HuluLive for guests to enjoy. Step out onto the back deck and overlook the canal and dock with some peaceful views & maybe the occasional dolphin sighting! There's plenty of seating to kick up your feet and enjoy your beverage of choice day or night!
Back inside, the dining area is open to the living room area, seating up to 8 around the large table together! Even the cook in the family can indulge in our open concept kitchen, creating an amazing space for families and groups to have time well-spent together. Our kitchen is stocked with a full suite of appliances (fridge with water/ice, dishwasher, oven, over the range microwave), all the small appliances (blender, toaster, fryer, griddle, crockpot), cookware, bakeware, dishes, cutlery, and more.
Directly past the living and kitchen area, is the last bedroom with a queen bed, Roku enabled tv with HuluLive, and closet space. While this bedroom does not boast an attached bathroom, there is a full bathroom with a gorgeous shower, toilet, and vanity space right outside the bedroom.

For our little travelers we provide a pack & play, high chair, baby gate for the stairs, and plastic silverware/dishes. These items are always at the condo, so no need to request them for your stay.

Beach access is easy as we're perfectly placed on Holiday Isle to enjoy the gated beach access just a quick 5 minute walk (1/4 mile) to Norriego Rd, O'Steen Beach Access (1/2 mile), or even 3/4 mile walk to the sought after Norriego point (ideal for snorkeling!).

A few important things to note:
-We are pet friendly for up to 2 dogs per booking, but we do charge a $200 pet fee to be able to host others that may have allergies we have a deeper clean done, no exceptions. Only house trained pets are permitted, and if planned to leave unattended they must be crated to avoid damage. It is required to clean up after your pet, both inside and out, or additional fees will be assessed. ESA (Emotional Support Animals) are subject to the pet fee, as they do not fall under ADA compliant service animal requirements. It is a crime in our state to impersonate a service animal, so we appreciate your honesty in this matter.
-Our cleaners supply a LIGHT courtesy supply of toiletries for roughly the first day or so of your stay (toilet paper, trash bag, paper towels, soap, laundry soap, dish detergent) but guests are responsible for any additional supplies needed. We do not stock spices, oils, sunscreen, food storage (ziplocs, foil etc) so please plan accordingly if you'll need these items.
-We do provide beach towels for guests to use at the beach, as we ask guests to please not use any white towels in these spaces. Any other beach items are not provided or guaranteed.
-We are always available for our guests anytime before and during your trip. It is highly encouraged to read our listing in detail for any questions about the space, location, and amenities. We ask, please, for NO text message communication as you will not receive a response. Our strong preference is communication directly through your booking platform so that we have all the details of your trip to make assisting you a breeze. If you're a first time traveler, please download the app of the platform you've booked your trip on for ease of access to your trip details & communication.
For more immediate needs and emergencies please place a phone call to Matthew (and be sure to know the logistics of your trip such as the dates and location). We can be reached most times of the day, but ask for no late night contact-we will do our absolute best to take care of any needs and questions as soon as they arise!
-Our home is professionally cleaned prior to your arrival & we attempt to catch every detail. If something needs attention upon check-in, please notify us ASAP so that we can properly address the issue. Please keep in mind that we are a small business that strives for the best, and that cleaning is done by fallible humans. Although we have a stellar cleaning crew, mistakes happen, and they are happy to remedy anything that was overlooked.

You will be super close driving distance to anything you have planned or desire to do during your stay. We typically recommend taking an Uber or Lyft as they are very popular in the area and always less expensive that a normal taxi. Water taxis are also available, just call one to pick you up right on the back dock! You can definitely take a short walk to the beach, and it is almost always easier than driving around looking for parking! Grocery delivery is also available in our area from local grocery stores such as Whole Foods, Publix, WinnDixie, Walmart, and Target via InstaCart or Shipt. Sams Club is located approximately 20 minutes west, in Fort Walton Beach.

Please read our House Rules in detail before booking your trip, so you're aware of any important FAQ that we've addressed for our guests ahead of time.
-Check in time is 4PM CST and Check out time is 10AM CST. Early check in and late checkout is not always possible, but we are able to accommodate on occasion. We do not allow luggage dropoff/leaving luggage after checkout for liability reasons. Please keep in mind before & after your stay is the only time we are able to perform maintenance & cleaning of the home and most stays are back to back with other reservations.
-There is only parking to accommodate up to 2 vehicles. Street parking/parking in front of neighbors homes/blocking sidewalk/rightofway may result in citation from the City of Destin or HIIA to be paid by guest in violation.
-Trailer parking is NOT permitted at ANY time during your stay. RV, Box Truck, watercraft on trailer, or excessive vehicles are not permitted at any time. Violation of this rule may result in towing at guest expense.

Love the canal life style!
We came to do some house hunting and wondered how canal living would be. After staying here we decided it was perfect for us! We loved having our boat there and being able to just hop on to see the sunset. We also enjoyed the fire table by the water at night. We felt like we were truly on vacation.

Perfect winter get away
My husband and I stayed at this property for 10 days and enjoyed every minute. the space was accurately shown in the on line photos. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes, utensils and pans. All rooms were nicely decorated and furnished. We only used the king bed and it was comfortable. Outdoor spaces were beautiful. We enjoyed watching fish swim by in the clear canal water. Only minor maintenance items. Toilet paper roll holder coming off the wall and king bathroom shower handle was loose. Definitely would not stop me from rebooking next year. Thanks for a great experience! Highly recommend

Beautiful View of Canal
The townhouse had a great view of the canal. Decorated really cute and comfy bed. Bikes were complementary. Dog friendly with nice walking neighborhood. Kitchen cabinets need to be cleared out so they can accommodate groceries. New couch is supposed to be delivered soon. We were not able to watch current tv channels because Hulu was not set up. Otherwise very nice.
