NEW Second Row 3 Bedroom with a pool and incredible views. FLEXIBLE

Welcome to Tide of Your Life! With 5 decks, stunning views and enough space for everyone! Come relax, unwind and smell the salty air!

Sadly we cannot allow pets due to our HOA agreement. We provide bed linens and bath towels. Please bring beach towels for your stay.

1st floor:
-entryway with hooks to hang towels, purses, hats etc.
-Bedroom 1: two sets of twin bunk beds, TV, Cubby organizer for clothing etc and a closet
-Bedroom 2: queen bedroom with private deck, dresser, TV and closet housing high chair, a pack and play and various kids toys and books
-Bath room: large bathroom with sink, toilet and Tub Shower

2nd floor:
Open living/dining/kitchen with a deck on each side (one canal facing and one beach front). Our kitchen comes equipped with pots, pans, silverware etc as well as a Kuerig coffee maker, electric kettle
3rd floor:
Master suite with stunning views! Queen bed, TV, dresser and a spacious bathroom featuring two sinks, toilet and Tub/shower. Enjoy quiet time out on the deck with a cup of coffee, a glass of lemonade or a refreshing cocktail.

Perfect Beach Getaway

Our family has the best getaway. House was beautiful and came with all the comforts needed. Right by the beach access and community pool which also had another beach access. Another plus was being only a few mins from the grocery store. Owner was very responsive to any questions we as well. I would highly recommend this to any friends and family and look forward to booking again in the future.

The property was amazing! Each of us talked about how we want to come back and stay again. Communication with the property manager was so easy and made us feel welcome. Thank you again for making our weekend so great!

Perfect for a bigger family

We stayed here with our family of 8, with ages 2-14, and it was perfect! The property is super clean and well equipped with amenities to feel like home. With a washer and dryer included, you can get all your laundry done BEFORE heading home! The main floor is open so kids can relax on one side and parents on the other and still be all together. Little touches like kids toys(inside and outside), dvds, spices in the kitchen, coffee pods, plenty of dishes and kitchen utensils, shampoo and conditioner, blankets and high chair and pack and play… I could go on forever. This is obviously a family home and feels like yours for a week. The beach can be seen from the top floor bedroom(perfect for the moments of quiet time for parents) and the pool is centrally located so bigger kids can swim while being watched from the balcony. Convenient parking under the house and extra parking for visitors. The only thing I purchased was a cheese grater, which I left for future visitors just because it was so nice having everything else right there. If your family likes it low key and easy to manage, this is the vacation home for you! P.S. we requested to stay an additional night and the owner accommodated us no problem. The only thing we had issue with was one of the sliding glass doors, which the owner said was getting fixed and apologized for the inconvenience. Overall wonderful place that I’m sure we’ll visit again.

I love the beach, my kids, my dog and my husband (not necessarily in that order!). I grew up vacationing at the beach every year and these memories swimming, cooking and relaxing with family are ingrained in my memory forever. A tradition we continue with our family❤️

Why they chose this property

We love the proximity to the beach while not being beach front - our kids are brave and daring and the ocean is something that needs a healthy amount of respect and safety. We love the fenced in community pool and the friendliness of the topsail island community. We hope our home makes memories for many families!
