Pet friendly, convenient location to beach, garage was a plus. This was fine for a last minute pet friendly place. Nothing horrible but beds could be softer and place could be cleaner, (bathrooms, dishes, pots, etc.).

We stayed here with 4 adults and one dog, this property is just perfect. The cutest home at a wonderful price. Only thing I would add is a bigger selection of pots/pans for cooking, but we ate out for most meals anyways. All in all a wonderful spot, and the outdoor shower was a huge bonus after sandy beach days. Will definitely keep this place in mind for our future trips! One note: the VRBO listing says 2 bed 1 bath, but this home actually has two bathrooms! That was a pleasant surprise!

Fantastic home, perfect getaway comfort. We were there in early August 2026. Two adults, 1 child, one dog. It is located close to the beach and with quiet neighbors. Two bedrooms and two bathrooms with a privacy fenced yard - excellent for our dog so it was very pet friendly as listed. The fenced yard is small but its perfect for a small or medium sized dog. The front porch is large and covered & includes some privacy panels (lattice) to enjoy the sound of the beach while you wind down at night. The garage access was so helpful. Washing machine and dryer were great to have for multiple nights & located in the garage with a nice work table next to them. Includes an outdoor shower accessible through the garage and back yard for washing off your sandy feet and salty items. Older home but updated and has been well loved and, everything works great including the AC. One thing to note is that there is no TV in the main bedroom. If you are a TV watcher from the bedroom like my husband is, you will want to switch to the room that doesn't have the on-suite bathroom or, settle in to watch TV in the living room before bed. The hosts give a detailed list of what you could or should bring for your own comfort so there are no surprises. The hosts are also very responsive to inquiries and general questions. They keep you well informed about your upcoming stay, check in with you while you are there, and make it easy to check out. We will be staying here again in the near future.

Short getaway

The house is conveniently located between close beach access and the attractions of Port A. Very comfortable home, fully furnished in a quiet neighborhood is everything we were looking for.

Cute beach house

Easily accessible, but off the beaten path, short drive to the beach….inside is spacious and has everything you need! The garage was an absolute blessing and the outdoor shower was a nice surprise….we enjoyed our stay.

Our getaway

The house was just what we needed, it was clean, only issue we had was not getting clarification on pets. Website says pets allowed without saying 2, if more than 2 we had to pay extra. The website needs to state better.
