Well-appointed and spacious, this studio is located on top of the iconic Trout Street Restaurant with a shared outside deck. This lovely studio offers a plush queen-size bed and a flat-screen TV. The full-size bathroom offers plenty of space with a walk-in shower. The kitchenette is equipped with a two-burner stove, sink, small microwave, mini fridge with freezer and coffee maker.

Catch some sun on the outdoor deck or relax under the stars at night. This is a perfect home for a long vacation. Trout condos unit 1

From the pictures online it look like every condo unit had a view of the boats and water. Was very disappointed when we walked into condo one and it was so small and Noview except the parking lot. Had a great bed, great air conditioning, and a great shower so we tried not to spend much time in the room.

Review Trout Street Condo 1

Overall, the condo was clean and kept up well on the inside. The golf cart was great and convenient, and the location was good. Unfortunately, outside on the upstairs deck table (that are supposed to be just for people staying in the condos) it was a mess. When we arrived, there was a random shoe and hair tie which we noticed right away. Also, be aware that people that are waiting at the restaurant will come and use that table and leave cups and trash up there (which did not get picked up the whole time we were there). It's very inconvenient because the door to get into the condo is right next to that table, so we were constantly trying to get around people to go in and out of our condo door. And the noise from them sitting out there was very loud in the condo because that table is so close to the door. This only happened Friday and Saturday night (the busiest days I would assume for the restaurant), but it was definitely a nuisance. Another issue we had was hearing loud banging all day and night. I mean enough to make the walls shake constantly. Not sure if it was the kitchen or the condo next door, but it was very loud and disrupting. I hate leaving reviews like this, but I just want people to know that it's not a bad condo, there are just things that could be better. Thank you!

Mostly disappointed

The room was nice enough. We had several things occur that made the stay not so pleasant. There was no outside lighting so stairway was dark, every time the door shut on the restaurant there was a loud bang in our room. The room temp was ok but turned the thermostat to 65, the temp in the room never got below 70. We could not watch tv because there was no Roku. Having the golf cart furnished was great but first night we drove it we just had daytime running lights. We thought we had it figured out what we were doing wrong so didn't complain. Then drove the next night with same lights. I called the number on the cart to exchange carts, was told they were all being used. There were three other carts in our parking spaces that were never used all that day. Overall very disappointing.

Girl’s trip to Port A

I went down with my adult granddaughter for a girls trip and we thoroughly enjoyed it. The property was very clean everyone was very courteous the location was great and the weather was wonderful the whole week we were there. Will definitely book this rental again if possible.
