Unlike any property in Port Aransas, this condo offers loft living at its finest. This spacious and fully equipped unit is great for a vacationing family or small group of friends. Located in Downtown Port A, you're within walking distance to the best restaurants, shopping, galleries and entertainment Port Aransas has to offer.

This spacious and fully equipped efficiency offers a plush queen-size bed with a full-size bathroom with a walk-in shower, kitchenette, full-size futon sleeper and flat-screen TV. The kitchenette offers a two-burner stove, sink, microwave, mini fridge with freezer, coffee maker and cooking utensils. Enjoy the Ocean Breezes on the beautiful deck overlooking downtown Port A. The marina location gives you a sense of tranquility while enjoying your vacation.

This lovely efficiency is located above Trout Street. Park your car at Trout Street Condos and walk to all the nightlife Port A has to offer. You can order food from Trout Street Bar and Grill and they deliver your condo.

For a larger group, rent Trout Street Units 1 and 3. Unit 2 offers three bedrooms with three full-size bathrooms and overlooks the Marina. Trout Street 1 Unit offers a larger efficiency with a full-size bathroom, kitchenette and sleeps four guests. Trout Street 1, 2, and 3 are not ADA accessible.

This lovely condo offers the best living in Port A! Kick back and relax at Trout Street Unit 3!

Boat slips are available at the marina, call for pricing. For a larger group, rent Trout Street Unit 1 and 3 are two efficiencies. One sleeps two and the other sleeps four. Both units include a flat-screen TV, full-size bathroom and kitchenette.

Port Aransas, Texas Trout Street No. 3

Silver Sands Vacation Rentals (the company who managed the property) were very accommodating. They promptly answered every call and text I made. The location is A-plus. It's downtown Port A. The efficiency loft/bungalow literally sits right above Trout Street Bar and Grill... which is one of the best restaurants in Port Aransas. You can eat outside on the back veranda which sits on the Marina. It has beautiful sunset views and you can enjoy all the beautiful boats. Not to mention it's convenient to walk upstairs after dinner. The efficiency loft/Bungalow was very clean. The owner throwing in the golf cart was a plus. Made it very easy to get around. Overall, it was okay. For us, the issues were climbing 3 flights of stairs (bringing water, food, luggage... not to mention coolers for the beach, etc... ) Up and down every day... that lost its appeal pretty quickly. Then when they start grilling for customers in the restaurant, don't sit outside the deck area of the loft as the cooking vent is near the loft and you will smell like smoke/food. Finally, the refrigerator was extremly small and you could barely put anything in it. The unit is also very small ... and the bathroom is right next to the bed. A wall with a pocket-door is the only separation. So, bring bathroom spray. Again, if I was back in college, this would be perfect. But, if you're 40 and older you might want more space, a larger refridgerator, fewer stairs... and a bedroom not so close to the bathroom.

We have stayed at Troutstreet Condo 3 before in 2019 and Condo 2 in 2021 and it was much better, very clean, and very quaint. The location is perfect for us because we were primary over at the Pavillon / Marina for Harvest Moon Regetta. This year we were extremely disappointed - although the room looked clean the floor was so sandy, there was mold on the window seal and in the wall (the paint is delaminating from the wall because of moisture behind it), and the bathroom shower was in desperate need of Clorox to kill the mold in the shower and needed a good deep clean. I had to go to the CVS to grab medication due to the mold, so I can breathe at night. That a health issue in my opinion. Also, it would have been good to let your guest know that you do have a Keurig Coffee maker but no coffee pods. Very disappointed.

There was no soap, 1 hand towel, mold around the windows, no key in the golf cart. Very disappointed with the leasing company. Lack of attention to detail. The unit could be very nice if the leasing company attended to the details.

Great quick stay

Great quick easy stay for two, can't beat the location. Was a little concerned about noise being above the restaurant but no issues at all. Convenient assigned parking space and included golf cart are a huge plus!! Will be back.
