From the moment we entered the condo, we knew we made a good choice. The directions and instructions to enter were very easy to follow. We were greeted with a welcoming card and an assortment of goodies, it made us feel like VIP's. The condo was spotless and organized. The beach access, the fitness room, the pool, convenient parking, it all worked out perfectly for us. The communication with the hosts was excellent. We had a wonderful time! Thank you!

We could not have asked for a better place to stay. The condo was gorgeous and the views were absolutely amazing. I did not want to leave it was such a wonderful vacation spot. We enjoyed lots of good food locally and long walks on the beach.

Incredible Ocean Front Vacation Condo

We had an amazing vacation at this incredible ocean front condo. Besides being tastefully furnished and decorated, our hosts thoughtfully provided everything needed to make our stay stress free and memorable. It really felt like home for a few wonderful days. We would love to visit again and spend more time there.

Perfect Vacation Spot

The property was beautifully kept and had more amenities than expected. The check in and check out process was seamless. The location is perfect. The property was spotless and had everything that one would need for a vacation with family, including two small children, ages 1 and 4. Perfection at the Beach!

We loved everything about our stay. The hosts were so thoughtful and welcoming, providing everything you need for a perfect vacation. Fun Family Getaway

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this beautiful property. It is a lovely condo in a great location stocked with everything needed. The owners were extremely attentive with their communication and also with all the thoughtful amenities provided. The check-in and check-out processes were very easy. Although it was too cold to swim while we were there, we thoroughly enjoyed the amazing view and beach and even got to see a satellite launch from the balcony. Family get-together for husband's 66th birthday. Wonderful views of the ocean and a great location in New Smyrna Beach. The property was well-equipped and decorated beautifully. Fantastic Condo on New Smyrna Beach

This was not only the most visually appealing condo that we have ever stayed in, but it was also better stocked than any other vacation home that we have previously stayed in at the beach. Every item that we could think of- kitchen utensils, beach chairs & toys, bathroom items, etc.- were all taken care of for you. The condo was beautifully decorated and spotlessly clean. The views are amazing and the beach is lovely, with white sand and clear blue water. Perfect for families and/or couples without kids as well. Check in and check out were simple, and all communication with the host was responded to within hours. I can’t recommend this lovely vacation spot enough!

Clean, Comfortable, Calm

This condo was spotless, so nicely decorated and in an area of the beach that was quiet. There were so many traveling essentials already provided and the kitchen, pantry and linen closets were full of towels (regular & beach), blankets, etc… Check-in & checkout was super easy and appreciate the detailed email before arriving with all the info we needed. We loved that they had a cage near outside that had lots of beach chairs/umbrellas and pool toys! My family truly enjoyed our time and look forward to booking again next year!

We are Curt & Terri at The Surf & Racquet Condo in New Smyrna Beach. We have lived in the Orlando, FL area for more than 25 years and have owned this condo for 3 years. Curt is currently an Airline Pilot for a major airline and Terri is a retired Flight Attendant. We moved here for family, raised our kids here and love living here.
We did a major update / remodel on the condo after we bought it, then lived there for two years while completing a remodel on our current house. We are very familiar with the condo unit, the building and living in New Smyrna Beach. It’s a great place to live or visit.

Why they chose this property

New Smyrna Beach has so much to offer for everyone and everyone’s pace. Relax, swim, ride bikes, go fishing, enjoy a great night out on Flagler or Canal St or lay in the sun and nap. The Condo is located on a quiet section of the no-drive beach but close to everything. The view from the main bedroom, looking out over the ocean and beach is special every day.
