We enjoyed our stay but the house needed a few upgrades and repairs. For instance the bedroom door knob was loose, fire extinguisher loose on the wall, stair carpet was dirty and the main bedroom bed could have been better. Werenโ€™t able to sit outside because the โ€œwickerโ€ chairs both had large holes in the seat. However, It was clean and it seemed like they added those special little touches and the booking was easy and the host was quick to respond. This place just needs a few repairs. We found a mop but not a broom. Would have liked to been able to sweep up after ourselves because around the hot tub was a clay like stuff that tracked in easily.

Response after check in was slow. Kitchen light was out and it took 24 hrs for repair. No door mats. Overall OK. A nice outside seating area would be nice. Hot tub surrounded by dirt. It takes awhile to get anywhere due to mountain roads. Nice towels and items like soap were appreciated .

Nice place. Had the basics of what we needed to make breakfast. Really appreciated that we could have our dog there with us. The bed was very comfortable and nice that we each had our own bathroom. Thank you.

We were very satisfied with our stay. It was as listed and very clean. They had starter packs of sample cleaning supplies and toiletries. Everything worked appropriately. Hot tub stayed warm. We would definitely return. Communication was excellent.

Great Experience

Perfect location for shopping

We had a nice stay enjoying the close proximity to shopping in Sevierville and Pigeon Forge. Literally minutes from everything. Nice condo with a hot tub to relax in once the shopping was done.

Summer time mountain trip โ›ฐ๏ธ

We brought our sons and their friend up for a trip to Dollywood & Splash Country. The property was very clean and comfortably furnished. The location was very close to Dollywood and yet private. We will definitely stay again in the future!!

Pigeon forge Vacay

The owner was very nice and fast responses. The property. We enjoyed the extra room and itโ€™s not too bad of a drive to the main strip.

Peaceful- Cozy Stay!

House is set back off the busy roads which was nice for a peaceful vacation. House was extremely clean, beds were cozy, hot tub was a nice addition to the stay! Nice to have the kitchen for nights we wanted to stay in. They gave a nice amount of soaps for dishwasher, laundry & for showering! Checking in was smooth, and our host was extremely kind! Even gave us a nice recommendation for a place to visit during our stay! We will definitely be back

Great location for all that Gatlinburg, Pigeon Forge, and Sevierville areas have to offer.

This is a pet friendly property close to Dollywood. No driving up a mountain. Kitchen is small but you have everything you need to cook a meal for a night in. Neighborhood was quiet and friendly. Our stay was perfect! Thank you.

Great location for those looking to go to Dollywood and Gatlinburg. Close to everything, but a little off the beaten path. Lots of space for our family. Only complaint was some minor upkeep needed (chipped paint, missing light fixture) and for some reason there were not enough spoons! I would bring plastic utensils. Also, while we had PLENTY of bath towels, there were only 2 towels for the hot tub, so we had to buy some. Overall a great stay and we would stay again! Lawrence was extremely communicative and helpful too.
