Great placed to stay in Sarasota

Perfect place to stay, we stayed here while working and it close to everything in and around Sarasota. We would stay here again and will recommend to our friends and family.

Maria is great and the house is perfect, so clean & they updated every inch of the home! Location is in the heart of town - perfect for Lido, Siesta or downtown adventures

Cleanest and most well stocked VRBO around!!!

WOW!! I really don’t have words for how impressed we were with this adorable Arlington Park ranch!! From check in to check out, the host, Maria, was friendly, helpful and accommodating. The house was pristine and stocked with absolutely everything one would need for an awesome stay. Little touches, like a full reclining couch in the tv room, made the space so comfortable. The house is in a perfect location to enjoy strolls in charming Arlington park and walks on the beach just minutes away. And, it’s only a short drive to the city!!! I highly recommend this listing for anyone looking to enjoy the Sarasota area!!!

Winter 2024 (3) month stay

Absolutely beautiful place and so comfortable. Very well maintained as if it were brand new. All the things were provided for our kitchen needs, linens and towels. The location was especially nice. Quaint neighborhood, really close to so much. Nice walk down to the Marina, downtown area with lots of great restaurants to choose from and a short ride to the bike/walking trails which go for 17 miles. Very close to Siesta Key and Longboat Key for the beach. Tim and Maria were so awesome! Couldn't have been any better, always available to us for questions or our needs. This place is a WINNER all the way around.
