The unique Octagon Oasis is a perfect getaway in the heart of South Florida. This amazing hand built home is nestled within a bamboo forest, and provides the tranquil escape you have been looking for all while only minutes away from the Hard Rock Hotel, Fort Lauderdale Beach, and everything else South Florida has to offer. The Octagon Oasis has two bedrooms, and two full bathrooms. A spacious living room, and dining area where you can enjoy home-cooked meals from the fully equipped kitchen. You can also enjoy the outdoors, sitting on the wrap-around porch, or while under the Tiki-Hut.

**Please DO NOT inquire for hosting gatherings or parties at this location. We do not allow filming.**

Everything about this property was amazing, the landscaping was breathtaking, the architecture of the house was amazing. We cooked our meals and had everything we needed. The worst part about traveling is the quality of the beds, Brian and his wife made great decisions on bedding, bathrooms were excelent from the shower to the towels. I didn't use the heart shape tube, even though my wife asked me to send a selfie with my buddie in the tub. I asked her if she wanted it to be a buble bath, she said LOL.Sharing a tub with my buddy would never happen! We are already planning to rent the Octagon Oasis next year, convient to Hard Rock Casino and tons of golf courses.

We could not be more happy with our experience at the Octagon Oasis. We arrived a bit early and got to meet the host who created this little bit of paradise in the middle of a tropical forest. The hosts thought of everything, down to dental picks and special soaps. We loved meeting the resident iguana, and hearing the sounds of birds in the morning. Loved the landscaping and the outdoor thatched pavilion. Took home some ideas for our property. We did not stray too far from the oasis - we had everything we needed for some very welcome R & R. Strongly recommend! You won't be sorry.l

Cutest house ever!

The house is adorable! The beds are very comfortable. I’m used to sleeping on a manor foam mattress, so often don’t think other mattresses are very good. The house is situated by a nursery, so it’s like you’re in an oasis and not in the city. The house was clean, safe, and such a wonderful place to stay!

This was a perfect location for what we where doing, we brought our 21’ boat and fished during the day and the Casino was right around the corner and we played cards at night… Perfect guy trip… it was very safe to keep the boat at night.

Where do I start? Brian and Elizabeth are absolutely amazing hosts. We had a wonderful stay @ Brian& Elizabeth's place! The house was clean, well-located, and exactly as described in the listing. Amazing little piece of paradise hidden in the city!

I need no idea what to expect when I booked this place. I was more than pleasantly surprised when we arrived! It's the coolest little piece of paradise tucked back behind a nursery on a private road just off the beaten path. We were greeted by Edison lights strung all over the outside, and lush greenery. It's gorgeous. The inside was clean, well kept, and perfect for our small group. I have already referred this and will be coming back again! Thank you so much for sharing this awesome property!

What makes this property unique

The first thing that will strike you about our home is the unique shape! Being an octagon, it is one of a kind for our area. The home was hand built and we took our time to restore the home to become a one of a kind oasis right in the heart of Davie, FL.

The home is surround by different species of bamboo as well as other tropical plants. Enjoy the view of the grounds, and some sunning iguanas from the half wrap around porch.
