Brand new to market. Great family home, fully up-dated with outdoor pool and waterfall feature. Spend your morning with a cup of coffee and take a 5 minute stroll to the beach to watch the amazing Atlantic Ocean sunrises and hear the surf.

Our island time home is located in the quaint town of Melbourne Beach. This quiet beach town is nestled between the Indian river lagoon and the beautiful Atlantic ocean. One of the oldest beach communities in Brevard County. We are bless to be In the middle of the barrier island sanctuary, that keeps our natural environment safe for the plethora of nesting sea turtles and migratory sea birds!

A few blocks away is the heart of our beach town Ocean Ave, where you will find a great array of restaurants, from casual Roberrito’s to higher end Dijons steak and lobster house with a great piano bar! Grab your favorite cocktail and stroll to the west to see the most beautiful sunsets over the Indian River Lagoon.
We also have a gourmet supper market with excellent variety of wines and deli. We also have great family run Beachside amazing pizza and Sunnyside cafe for breakfast.
Catalyst surf shop and Black Dog bait shop for the anglers all nearby. There is also the bikini bar on the beach which doubles as a great breakfast place to watch the ocean.
Our town has parks, tennis courts, amphitheater, and our fishing pier to catch some of the best sunsets you will remember for ever!

The small beach town offers festivals art shows with fun food and entertainment.

The quiet town of Melbourne Beach is the perfect location to relax from the busy theme parks (Disney/Universal) in Orlando , 1.5 hours away.
We are also 40 minutes to one ☝️ f the busiest cruise ship ports in Florida with trips to alll

Great place to relax by the beach

This house was perfect for my family to spend a few days near the beach. The house had everything we could need. Will definitely stay here again!

Melbourne House with pool

Very nice house! Short walk to Melbourne Beach. Very nice pool! Dean was a Very nice host. Close to stores and restaurants. If you have a chance visit the Brevard Zoo. It’s about 15 miles from the house.

Island Time !

We had a fabulous week at Island Time! The home is nicely updated and well appointed with decor and comforts from home. The pool, screened porch, and yard were fabulous! A very short walk to the beach, we enjoy long walks daily on the beach. The home was very clean and Dean and Patricia were wonderful hosts! We definitely plan to come back to escape MN winters in the future! Curt and Jackie MN

Great Place in Melbourne Beach

We had a lovely stay in a well-maintained, clean and very conveniently situated and configured house. We could walk to the beach, and the neighborhood was walkable as well. The house has 4 lovely and well appointed bedrooms, 2 with en-suite bathrooms. The living area has both places to get together and places to escape for some quiet. The hosts were extremely accommodating. It was too cool to swim but the pool looked really inviting. We would definitely stay there again!

Very Nice!

This home was perfect for our stay. We had a cloudy and rainy week but were still able to enjoy ourselves on the roomy porch by the pool and the lovely, spacious inside with so much provided for guests. I would highly recommend!

We grew up in Florida: my wife, Patricia in Port Charlotte and I, Dean in Ft. Lauderdale. We both lived in Gainesville, Go Gators! Lived in Boca Raton for 12 years and had our 2 children there. We moved here to Melbourne Beach in 2012 because I have been surfing these beaches for more than 30 years and always loved what the area offers for our family!

Why they chose this property

Nestled in the quiet town of Melbourne Beach. Located on the barrier island between the Atlantic Ocean and the Indian River Lagoon. The tiny beach community has great restaurants, supermarket, surf shop, parks golf. Everything you need to have a quiet beachside vacation.

What makes this property unique

Melbourne Beach has the highest concentration of nesting sea turtles in North America. Its breath taking to witness in turtle season May-October. We are also about 45 minutes from Kennedy Space Center with rockets shooting off almost weekly. About one hour and a half from Orlando airport and theme parks. Great place to relax after theme parks!!
We also have some of the best surfing in Florida!
