This was a perfect location. Directly on the waterway with great views of the sunset. Also walkable to the beach. It actually has two separate eating areas and lots of space. The owner was very friendly and communicative. Even the neighbors were very friendly with us all. We will be back.

We go to Surf City/Topsail every year for our oldest son’s birthday, this year was his 13th. We have stayed in many houses but this house really feels like home from the minute you walk in! It had the perfect amount of space for our family of 6! House was clean when we arrived and has everything you need! Benny was very easy to work with and communicate with! If you like fishing you’ll have some good luck in the canal. We took our boat and it was very nice to be able to put it in the water right in the backyard! We would certainly stay here again!
