Enjoy swimming and fishing at the private dock/gazebo or bring your boat! Walk right out into the front yard and get in the water for swimming, fishing, paddleboarding, or go for a kayak excursion on the 2 available kayaks. Outdoor shower! Rent our 6 seater Golf cart for the true Canal experience and paid beach parking included!
Bird watching is amazing over the beautiful marshes and dolphins often play in the waterway in front of the gazebo!
Walking distance to beach or nice playground. Pets welcome with $150 Pet fee and approval.

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Please pull the ladder out of the water on the floating dock.
Please put the trash in the trash can and place by the road. Make sure the lid closes on all cans or there is a $150 fine imposed.
Please put linens in the laundry room and start a load of towels washing.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Prime location very close to beach access and playground. Unbeatable views. Huge deck for enjoying the outdoors and all the canals have to offer. Very clean comfortable home decorated tastefully and situated to accommodate large families. Plenty of parking. Boat access on site.
