The house has a great layout for a large group of people. Plenty of space for you to not be on top of each other. Beds were comfy. Host was great with communication. Location is very convenient to Hampton Coliseum.

Lovely older house with plenty of space! We were in town to visit family, and really appreciated the roomy house! Lots of good hangout spaces, comfortable beds with nice linens, enough closets and bathrooms for all. We liked the big TVs, the house setup, and the overall feel of the house. The weather was too cold to enjoy the gracious porch and good back garden area, but they looked great. The VRBO owners communication was very responsive and good. They went above and beyond to pick up the trash bins from the previous renters when there was a gap in holiday trash pickup.

Quiet location close to neighbors and near the water. Property is descent looking. Provides everything you need. Lots of room for everyone. Kids enjoyed s'more by the fire pit out back. We would definitely rent this property again.

Not what I expected

The property does not look like the pictures. It is very antiquated and smells old. There are no Tvs in the bedrooms, very few outlets, and there were roaches.

We truly wish we had known about any issues at the property during the stay, as we would have been eager to send a member of our team to resolve, but we received no communication. We do treat all of our homes monthly, and have since spoken with the pest control company to provide an extra service to search out and address the above concern. And we do wish to highlight that we do not advertise TVs in any of the bedrooms on the listing. We would love an opportunity to redeem the stay - please reach out to us to ensure that we can do that.
