An unimpressive but very cheap place to park your butt
What to say? Pros: cheap & location. Cons:cheap & location. If you are looking for a thrifty place to stay couple of nights that's a couple steps up from a hostel this will probably suit you. Would I stay here again...no. Lack of good temperature regulation and the location were deal breakers; despite the huge plus of the low cost. We stayed here 3 nights during the summer. The unit had a window mounted AC that barely cooled the part of the flat it was in much less the other two "rooms" and a single floor fan that didn't even begin to help circulate as needed. The way the unit is shaped (a skinny rectangle with the AC at the back) the cool air hardly reaches the front at all. We got little to no sleep due to the heat and one of us had to sleep on the couch (a half sized couch where our legs hung over the end) because it was too hot to even share the bed. Never mind the couch was the hottest section of the house it was the only option. We froze wet towels to put on our heads/necks as we slept to help. During the day it was so hot we couldn't even bear being in the unit at all. The unit is sort of furnished in the "make do" style though the kitchen was decently equipped we didn't use it because it was too hot to cook. The location is spectacular for getting to the Albuquerque bio park (easy walk) but is in a very dodgy neighborhood that we were uncomfortable leaving windows/doors open to let the night cool in. Not to mention the window screens in the "front room" were weak and partly torn out of the frame. There were plenty of roaches too; obviously the place was treated for pests because new dead/dying ones turned up every day. They didn't bother me as I just swept them into the trash but I know others might have issues.

Great place.
We enjoyed the privacy to be able to go as we please, our own parking spot and fast Internet speed.

If you're looking for a great deal, go no further!!
Thomas is very nice, helpful, and flexible. This location is literally 2 blocks from the zoo which is so so so fun!! And only about 1 mile from downtown which also has a lot of great stuff to do. The place is totally secure and has everything you need - we cooked all our own breakfasts here. Like I said in the title, if you're looking for a perfect deal, pick this spot.
