Stylish cottage.

Very nice and charming small cottage. Very clean, looks just like the pictures. It is quite private, and is located off-street behind some slightly larger houses. You cannot drive right up to the cottage—it is down a short level driveway from the street, where there is ample free on-street parking. The property is totally fenced and very private and quiet. I would say that it is a modest neighborhood and note that a lot of the houses have been fixed up, or are in the process of being fixed up. Location is convenient to Asheville attractions, close to downtown, River Arts District (RAD), Biltmore, and Blue Ridge Parkway You can walk into downtown and RAD, but I confess we opted to drive to both. Hosts were very kind and responsive. I would definitely stay here again on a future trip to Asheville.
