This peaceful 2nd floor apartment is blocks away from Cherry Creek shopping and restaurants.

A large desk in the main room offers a view of the neighborhood and fast Wifi. The kitchen is stocked with all the tools to feel at home.

Covered parking is included, and laundry is available onsite.

Check out only includes locking the door. My cleaners will take care of everything when you leave!

The king bedroom with TV and full size bathroom are adjacent to a high-ceiling and sunny living area with a 55-inch TV, fold out couch, large work space, and a dining area.

There is an outdoor grill and patio area on the north side of the building.

Laundry is located in the basement.

The entire second floor apartment is available for your use.
A covered parking space is reserved in the back of the building, and is steps from the back door.

Checkin instructions for parking and the lock box will be sent the morning of check in.
