From the open floor plan and new kitchen to the comfy king bed, quiet office, covered patio and expansive front and back yards, you will have everything you need to stay and stay longer. Not to mention a short walk through treelined streets and beautiful neighborhood gardens to the luxurious Cherry Creek North district.

The petite Monore Cottage sits comfortable on a large manicured yard with shady sitting spots and easy single-level access. From the car throughout the house and to the back patio you only climb 1-3 stairs.

Cherry Creek has it all, gorgeous homes for gawking, sidewalks, mature tree-lined streets, quick access to several grocery stores and a short walk to the Cherry Creek North Entertainment and Arts District with excellent dining! Not to mention the close surrounding parks!

What makes this property unique

The Cherry Creek Bungalow is all that is left of the old Cherry Creek North neighborhood before it was discovered. I am not complaining about the luxury that has grown up around it, but that is what makes the bungalow unique! You aren't going to find a single-family home to rent for this price in the neighborhood! Plus, I used to live there myself so it has a nice mix of new and old!
