This 3 bedroom, 2 bath beachfront condo overlooking the Gulf of Mexico is one of the most desired beach properties in Pinellas County. It has a Washer/dryer, free Wi-fi, blackout curtains in primary bedroom, three heated pools, three hot tubs, gas grills, club house with workout facility, billiards table and game room. It is within walking distance of The Conch Republic Restaurant serving lunch and dinner and Sweet Sage Cafe serving breakfast and lunch. John's Pass is within 15 minutes down Gulf Boulevard where you will find shops and restaurants. A 45 minute drive from Tampa International Airport. You can enjoy Zoo Tampa and Busch Gardens in Tampa as well as Disney, Sea World and Universal Studios in Orlando (a two hour drive away). Upon arrival, the owner will meet you at the property and show you around the property.
